Plenty of pumps and fuel usually cheapest in area. Attendants quick on processing customers

All good fast service. Be good if they could all be a wee bit more friendly when serving people. We are all human.

This is a very busy petrol station but they do have a lot of pumps. I was served by a yooung woman who asked me three times what pump I had used. I had already told her to start off with but she asked again, Each time she tried to bring it up on her computer but each time she must had had problems. After the third time she asked me I repeated it to her an additional 3 times in a row. She finally got the message!

Consistently terrible customer service from Asmita.
She always greets me with a blank face and NEVER says thank you when I hand her money or when she gives back the change.
Other staff members are always friendly.
Management needs to ensure Asmita improves her customer service or fire her.

Entirely foreign staff who really struggle to understand their customers and who cannot use the system they are Required to in order to do their job.
Drive another 200m and use the Coles express servo, atleast the staff there are able to navigate the till.

Same nightshift staff person pretended i wasnt there so he didnt have to get off his phone he saw me pull up and ignored me when i literally was standing at the door trying to get his attention to be served

You have to open the doors earlier than 6am, you are just frustrating the customers.

Then you stuff up my coffee order. Please open the doors earlier so you don't ruin my morning

Another poorly run Ampol in the South Eastern suburbs. Poor customer service as they were arguing about a staff member buying chochlates. Whilst I was waiting to be served. Overpriced fuel for a service centre with rust everywhere.

This place was cheaper before the upgrade - this place is no longer the cheapest in the area.

Will jack the price up 35c after you pick up the handle before you can squeeze the trigger. Then get told to call a number whilst getting refereed toward a sign that had no number, just says welcome.wicked number.

We had committed to the advertised price by picking up the handle after looking at the price on the pump. Changing the contract during signing that is clearly criminal.

Avoiding this place from now on - they clearly don't care about your safety. Someone in front and behind me in queue wearing no mask. The grey haired lady serving at the counter was wearing her mask only on her chin - of course she said nothing to these customers. Only benefit of coming here in the past was it used to have very cheap petrol, that changed since they did the rebuild - now is almost the most expensive in the area at all times.

Everytime I fill up on diesel it randomly stops at a litre or so and takes a bit to get going again.pain in the ar5e. Always happens only there

Had to go around 4 pumps to fuel my car. Out of order signs not kept displays blinking with error, and when i used the pump which looks like working staff didn’t authorise the pump
I go to this place regularly for fuel and staff always busy on their mobile phones
When i went in to ask why the fuel is not dispensing and informed her that the displays are blinking with error on some pumps, and the pump i used looks fine but not dispensing fuel, she said i shouldn’t be using the pumps with error and turned on the pump which i used

It's improved a lot since they rebuilt it. Now there's diesel at every pump, which id's a big improvement for me

Never reminds me to scan my rewards card like all other caltex/woolworth stores and its annoying.

Filled petrol other day and was told next time not to pay in cash it will not be accepted. Pretty sure it’s not to do with COVID. I specifically withdraw cash to use as a preference. If this is going to be at all Woolworths petrol stations, then I won’t be shopping at Woolies either. Not sure if there’s a wider issue surrounding cash but I want the choice and the choice should be mine!

Large flow petrol station, main road location. Regularly the cheapest fuel, even diesel, don't forget your Woolies discount to top it off. Recently refurbished, new pumps etc. Be wary of your entry point as traffic is fast and is a corner intersection location. Handy hint: seems to be an overnight price and a day price for diesel some days. Keep an eye out, daytime's are better.

Best petrol prices in all of Victoria, always quick and easy - although sometimes busy BC of cheap prices!

Cheapest fuel often. Always keep an eye out for this garage as it will often have the best price fuel for miles around.
You also can get milk and bread for the supermarket price.
The staff are friendly as well.

Great 24 hr petrol station and the staff are fantastic! One day I was desperate to find a public toilet and I stopped at 3 seperate petrol stations at each one I was shunned away like I had ebola or something.

By the time I reached Caltex Braeside I was beyond desperate and the lovely man behind the counter to one look at me and said "right this way".

No questions, no judgement, he just helped me. Thankfully he did because I would not have made it to the next place.

I know this doesn't seem like a lot but he didn't need to help me like the rest didn't but he cared enough to help me. So if I need to purchase fuel I will go out of my way to visit this petrol station if possible.
