Woolworths Brunswick

This store has basically no staff! I walked around for a copy of a dog's purpose, a head of lettuce and a livable wage but couldn't find anyone to ask were those items are located! I could only find that nice lady with the black hair behind the counter of the deli, she was nice

Ah yes, $3.50 for woolworths home brand white bread with 0 nutritional value.

Absolutely stuff Woolworths for treating customers like criminals with their "instant replay" of the self checkouts.

It's the day before the Melbourne Cup, the trolley organizer must be very hate his job.
When I tried to talk to him he purposely ignored me and of course at the time he was free which makes it more ironic that he was wearing a here to help waistcoat.
Does anyone like his manager force him to work today makes him aggressive and rude have to use this attitude with every customer?

Very helpful employee "Iman" went out of her way leaving the service desk to go to the back and check the milk availability for me, very well spoken, bubbly and cheerful, good on you, keep up the good work. Dedicated individuals must be recognised. 5 star.

Went in there to get like couple of things and couldn't get any of them coz the selves were empty. Felt like trying to buy toilet paper during covid. The availability leader needs to do better

Your staff are more interested in talking to each other than serving customers. Especially at the deli.

Small and tired store. Products on special often not available at this store. Service from staff is extreme. Some excellent, and some clearly not interested in you or them being there.

As supermarkets go it certainly delivers (it actually does via online orders). Everything is where it should be.milk in the fridge.bread in the need section (donuts too), meats again in another fridge section which is important, ice cream in a freezer and importantly chocolate in the chocolate aisle with good choices. Staff are always friendly. I go there to get food to live which it has a good variety of.so in terms of supermarkets it's a good one.i've been bad ones and Woolies Brunswick is a good one. My only complaint would be more cereal without nuts. I hate nuts, but that's not really Woolies fault.

Great fresh sushi and amazing beautiful lady at the counter that makes the sushi, always remembers what I like and very helpful and happy. If you love sushi give it a try you will not be disappointed.

Larger store with good variety. Tough to find staff to ask where something is although checkout staff are friendly and helpful.

Its hard to think of anything to say about a Woolies. What DO you say about it? Well. They are the fresh food people and I guess that's why sometimes their potted basil has caterpillars, leading to the end of my herb garden, but that's a horror story that stays between me and the Lord. What I can say however is that I love the energy their cashiers have. They're always very nice, and it's great to see a store that values diversity in hiring people! I wish they had stools or chairs so they would be afforded the basic human dignity of being able to sit down at work, but you can only expect so much from a company I guess! So, to sum it up, good food, great service, love their effort at hiring diverse people, needs more basic human rights. 4/5. Their pane di Casa is nice too.

Large full renovated store 2019, wide variety with in house sushi maker! Good range of cheese and non animal products.
Also has Auspost parcel pick up lockers and generous free parking close to Sydney rd trams or the train station.

If you want a Woolworths that has goods you can buy, and take home and use, this is the place for you! It has things you can purchase with currency and then take home and use them as you see fitt! Amazing! BWS attached so you can buy alcohol to help you cope with the agonizing reality of day to day life. Super helpful staff. One chicks a total babe.

What’s with the operators at the self serve checkouts who literally stand right next to you and stare at you as you scan and pay for your groceries? Their behaviour seems worse at this store compared to other stores.

Store was refreshed recently, so attractive presentation and very well stocked. Parking is good. Queues for checkouts can be long at busy times.

Great new modern store on its on huge block of land and huge parking. Easy to find what I wanted and attached BWS is huge with a large variety of products.

I dont want to give this store 5 stars because everyone will then go there! This is the best Woolies in Melbourne with great parking, friendly staff and wide aisles.
