I just started shopping in this woolies and I got help in shopping for groceries from this worker named abdi he is really helpful and made my shopping experience easier spoke to me in a kind manner and overall a very good worker i cant praise him enough will be shopping here from now on

Most worse experience anyone could have. I have some price issue but when i tried to talk to the person as the counter. She says thats what it is if you want take it otherwise you can go away. I even asked the store person to have a look but she refused to look from where i picked the item. Instead she already made her mind. Instead accepting your laziness put right price for the item. They accuse customers back. Good on them. IM never going back.

Very clean store and kind and welcoming staff. Although I bought a non cut bread by accident because someone put that near the bread.overall very clean

Terrible they only have 1 register open.many self serve as they are trying to get all there customers to use self serve to make more profits less staff.also no express lane at this store.staff not friendly or helpful.some products in dairy did not have

New experience at woolies today. Was told I wasn't allowed to buy one chilli as it didn't register on the scales.

Best in the area for amount of discounts and variety. Still waiting for choccies to go on special again tho. Need my dairy milk chocolate.

Always every shop some of products i need have none in stock more so when they are on special.the promotion of Disney ushirs was a total fast the last 3 weeks have been told to keep receipts so can collect when back in stock.of course the last 3 weeks I kept 9 receipts and the promotion is finished. Woolworth promotion waa a big scam.first week plenty of ushies.then none I spent so much extra money to collect the ushies. Woolworth profits and sales would have been great my family and friends did the same spent more for this promotion.will not trust there promotions again SCAM

Haven't had what l wanted now for 8 weeks, when asked about it was told they would get it in and for me to ask for it as the item would have my name on it. No one knew anything about it. The item was the Woolworths brand of the large gluten free bread.

Below zero star here. This must be a joke. No management, no one cares what is happening here. Complete mess. Shame on Woolworths.

I got my groceries here very easily, all your essentials can be bought here, the service at the counter is great and its situated near the entrance of Broadmeadows central.

This place is hopeless with online deliverys all ways items missing, they other refund but that's useless when you need items,

The store itself needs a bit of cleaning. Not much of a variety of foods. The store is just OK for basic goods.

This place no one is answering the calls, I have called hundreds times luck of communication, they r rude I have lost my credit card no one was helping me when i asked one of the cashier to give me a call if they find my credit card an old lady came and yell at her saying u can't do that, she said he has to call it, and this is what happening now, I'm not happy with this.

Extremely rude staff and manager. Service is becoming worse and worse and it seems management really don’t care.

I like this Market. I always shop from here. It includes all the things I need. Especially from the international and middle East corners. The offers I get from the shop is always good. However, when I did the self checkout I always have a problem in the checkout machine. The one who should help us is always in bad mood and doesn't have the manners to communicate with the customer. Two times I faced this problem from the same person and now I really hate this. This makes me uncomfortable and this means not to shop again from this branch.

Had the best experience at Woolies of all places. I was looking for tomatoes and this older gentleman that works in the fruit and veggies area told me about the tomato tuss being on sale. Something so simple but so helpful. Every time I’m at Woolies at Broadmeadows, the same gentleman is always so helpful and friendly. Also there’s this lady that works at the self serve check out…wish I knew her name, but she didn’t have a name tag… she’s was so kind and helpful. So glad there’s people who are genuinely so nice and go above and beyond their job description. Love shopping here to meet these lovely people. Thanks guys!

Watch out for woman drivers wearing headscarves, they do not stop at zebra crossings, it's crazy be very careful. It happens too often and it's our of control.

Workers have not done their job properly and did false advertising, when I went to pay they scanned it at $5, and they were persistent the item I was buying was $5, and they wouldn’t give it to me for $3.00, and they harassed me. Even when leaving the shop they did a bag check on me, thinking that I stole items from there. This is the time I made the purchase on 16 February at 9.16pm.

Great workers eager to help out and point you to the right direction if have any questions or trouble finding specific items in the store.
