Woolworths Airport West

Very rude staff. Dangerous place while staff are restocking shelves - pallets blocking aisles, cardboard and other trip hazards.

Asked at the deli for around 3 dollars of ham, got to the check out and the label was over 6 dollars even better with today's shop, got home and a item not put into my bags.

One of the cashiers was quite an unfriendly person. Upon me joining the queue to check out my items, she asked the person she was serving to put in a CASHIER CLOSED notice. Despite my protests that I had only one item to pay for, she was adamant.

This joint has been going for years at airport west, and for years I've been smashing the chocolates on special. 5stars!

Why? But Why are you always stopping the best products? It's not the first time. I discovered few months ago The "Yumi's Smoked mousse trout. And now you stop it To the manager: go and visit Other woolies. In other area Monnee ponds Pascoe Vale etc etc. Why ours is so pathetic? The area of airport West is more and moreuparket (Gowanbrae for ex) You have to update your product and what to offers

Great customer service and range of products.but, the shelf check out machines have to be calibrated. Asked about do you using your own bag or ask for assistance everytime I put an item into the shopping bag.

Definitely in need of a makeover. Aisles feel too small - did have a good selection of groceries however.

Airport West- Woolworth is quite a busy outlate, mostly when you visit on weekends you have to visit for 30 to 40 minutes on bill counter.

Store was clean and well presented however its still in the old format. Niddrie is a nice store

Easy to access.
You can not get variety of veggies, but don't worry you can get flesh ones next door.

Love Woolworths at Westfield Airport West staff are so friendly, and always ready for a laugh. Especially when we were in lock down so long.

They put a sign that says 0% meat above actual beef meat.

Complaints made and nothing done.

My husband and I had very bad experience in this store, if I could I would put ZERO stars because of how they treated my husband and myself. They followed us then surrounded us then forced us to open our bags from purchases we'd made at another store. They even made me open my handbag. When they realised we were not thieves the offered no apology.
Zero stars for zero respect!

A lady customer attendant was on the express check out with an older customer, about 70 years old.they seem to be discussing the limits on what she can buy. I understand that they need to implement the rules of limitations but the attendant was very loud and aggressive towards the old woman that we can hear her from afar. And the old lady was not even rude or anything. She just seemed unsure.

Yes, there may be some rude customers out there. But please don’t forget that there are also some good ones.

I always think that this store does genuinely markdown prices on goods that are nearing their "best before" date. The staff I have found always to be helpful and friendly (even in the self checkout section.though perhaps the store could add a few more of them, as the lines in peak time is a bit long)

Difficult to get parking. I normally do my Woolworths shopping st Gladstone Park this store is so difficult to find things that I needed it is like a childs maze.shop is clean but had only couple checkouts open so a bit of a wait I would not come here again I go back to my other Woolworths store

The ledy at the self checkout with Indian appearance is not helpful and rude. I was not able to scan a product which did not have barcode. When I requested for help her reply was "You have to get one with barcode, I can't scan that for you. "" What a rubbish, someone scanned another product for me at the same checkout yesterday!

Great Place to go for shopping, eating and enjoy shops here. There are many branded stores with lots of variety to shop. The cinema is also a good place to enjoy for movies at the same place.
