We went to stock up before moving on to a smaller town. Prices were reasonable, and they had everything we needed.

If i could give zero stars for the total lack of customer service tonight i would. I got to the store around 10.30pm and filled a half size trolley. I could not understand any of the customer sevice announcements due to the poor quality of the PA system and the noise of shelf stackers but eventually heard something about "closing soon" so went directly to the tills. I was then told i could not checkout as the atore closed at 11. Had i not been so embarrassed by the way i was talked down to, in front of a crowd of approx 8 staff (some still standing behind the tills) i might have noticed before getting back in my car that it was not actually 11pm yet! I am willing to bet that going around the store to replace all the items from my trolley took far longer than checking me out would have. Zero stars for a crowd of staff more interested in standing about chatting than helping customers!

Stayed here during floods, we were stuck in town. Full shelves, staff were great. Easy parking.

The floods have been extra harsh on food availability and prices. Atm you can still get everything at a reasonable price. Clean and friendly. Wasn't very busy. Shopping was a breeze.

Some staff can be rude towards you, they have too many workers at this store cos all they do is talk to each other instead open a register to serve people, plus something has to happen to the ppl outside harassing old people for money, police need to do there job and give ppl a move on order

Large store, staff are helpful and courteous, prices within normal range, plenty of products available, can be busy, recommend this store.

Staff have always been very helpful and pleasant. Shelves were quite bare today. Biggest disappointment was the price of my Helgas bread…two different prices $3.90 and $4.20. Came home and realised I was charged $4.10 a loaf! Will be returning for a refund.

Shout out to Leanne, who is always so friendly at self serve checkout. She has a great rapport with the customers. She is always so happy, and helpful. We definitely do our shopping at this particular Woolworths because of the friendly service mainly from Leanne.

Pretty happy with our experience, had everything we need. I was disappointed to see some people not wearing masks in the store, and no staff checking vaccination status etc at the point of entry

Friendly staff fetched a trolley for me from outside when there were none left in the store. They didn’t have to but they did anyway. Very kind

I have to wait more than hour to pickup my order. Not answer the phone. Finally I have to go to Store and ask them and they told me haven’t pick yet your order.

Just left the supermarket fuming. Someone need to train these guys on their behaviours. As soon as I entered one of the ladies near the bakery sneezed extremely loud and made a scene as if she won a peize or something, and laughing loudly. I mean I'm not against sneezing, but pleaae refrain yourself from shouting while doing it.
Next there were like 10 people with their carts on queue and 2 guys were working but had put the closed sign. Then they started to kind of fight with each other becauae they had been for too long as cashiers for that da, while people were piling up there. Last, I had like 10 bags with me and ended up paying for 3 with half of my bags in my cart unused. He literally put only 2 packs of wipes in one bag. I told him I had bags but he still did scan the bags. Now I go twice a day there and I don't mind paying 45cents but at least he should've asked me if I needded more bags.

I have visited this Woolworths many times over the years. This is a smaller Woolworths and quite average. Customer service could also be improved.

Terrible.long queue at normal checkout with only one checkout open.
Disgusting.never again. Coles are no better but I will shop at Audi and Coles more often.

Managed to get a few things while staying in Shepparton. I didn't have trouble finding a parking spot which was great.

Well stocked little Woolworths. It's always clean, I always manage to find relevant specials, and the staff are friendly

Easy Places to park. Items are easy to find. If not the staff are only to helpful to help find what you need.

Crowded and lack of security in regards to people sitting and lingering outside the main entrance.

Love this store have had issues with others but l find the staff friendly helpful and always help if unsure on what your looking for

Very quick click and collect, all the parking bays for this service available without inconsiderate people parking in the bays. Very friendly staff
