Woolworths reviews
42Check products for use by dates. We've just blown money on food made in the bakery with no use by date on the stamp. Nice money earner for you lot. No, we can't return them as we bought food for our trip! Tried calling but the phone rang out. Rip offs.
The supervisor/manager on front counter is excellent. If there is a problem she will make it right. She is very good at her job, knows what she is doing. If every Woollies had a manager like her they would be lucky.
Not sure if her name, has blonde hair and nice eye shadow.
It looks new and clean.staff are friendly.would have got 5stars but didn't have my muesli
A noticeable difference in the manner of some staff and not for the better. The self service checkout needs either an overhaul or updating and now only 2 out of 6 are available to get cash. Some of the checkout ladies and fellows are very friendly and helpful though.
Fruit and veg often stale and wrinkled. Still no improvement in f & v. And still no fruit and vegetables worse than ever. F&V probably worse amd prices very high. A badly run supermarket
This is my local Woolworth, great shopping, parking is awful, disabled parking is hard to find as it is always full, shopping pick up bays are always empty! (The old disabled parking bays) not even 1 register open, only self service so had to wait for a register to open, I will drive to mooroopna in future
I personally think this store is one of the worst Woolworths I've ever seen in my entire life and I personally think that your staff are pretty much rude all the time you don't have most of the credit options so I can pay for my food now my children are starving at home. Um going to echuca next time. You lost a loyal customer.
Absolutely terrible service anywhere you go the staff never seem happy customer service is all we want staff can’t even say hello terrible
Car park is unworkable 2cars crashed when l was there don't park in car park park in street
Love shopping local unfortunately there are many stock items not available.
Fruit and vegetables not of a good standard
Very poor store not much on shelfs
Bread and cakes are frozen food not fresh you have to check use by date on alot products as some expire in few days not happy i thought it was the freshfood people
I had a full trolley, and I asked for a register and a lady came over and threw things on the counter and disrespected me! That’s why I stopped going!
Beenquite if few very hot days, "FREE" cold bottled water at register - for customers to keep hydrated
When paying with card ensure you check the amount the owner puts into the eftpos machine as it was different to what he was saying as he entered it in.only 55c more.however, remain vigilant and check please!
As most, I've been to a lot of so called supermarkets. I don't know what makes them super but the staff are always friendly and helpful.
Ok supermarket. Workers can sometimes appear snubbish with there blank face expressions of bordness... It's easy to throw on a smile for your customers... You never know, one kind smile to someone else could just brighten their day
Not enough toilet paper rolls.
Only kidding. I've shopped here on plenty occasions and it usually has all I really need. It's a go-to store for all your basic shopping.
Better today than earlier in the week. Just wish whoever is organising deliveries would realise country people are just as important as cityites and get supplies of loo paper, tissues etc out to the small towns quicker. This is even more important now after so many small towns were invaded by marauding, greedy, selfish foreigners hell-bent on stripping shelves and leaving locals with almost nothing. Thanks to Woolies Kyabram staff for the great job you are doing.
I met one of the nicest young men, Bobby, in the produce section at Ky woolies, and the store was well stocked and the parking was great.
