Too many staff crowding the aisles picking orders for online shoppers and those new doors on the meat department fridges absolute pain

Has recently had a complete makeover.
Still trying to find regular products as they have moved aisles.
Would be nice to have more checkouts open regularly rather than the stupid self serve ones. Fed up with the self serve. Get rid of them and employ more people.

A good store
There are many parking spaces and you can find everything you need
The prices are correct
The checkout staff is pleasant
There is fruit offered for the children!

The updated store is not good at all. Some isles are too small. Hard to navigate around. Hard to get some of the meat in frigdes. People standing around talking in that isle

Otherwise it's ok

Still, very much what one would expect a Woolworth to be like, busy. Although, as of August 2023 the store has been remodelled and they have added a drive-in & direct delivery to the boot of your car under cover service.

Getting a lot pricer, friendly staff very helpful. Doing renovations so alot of things changing. Everything changed so just have to find were everything is but looks good

Are rudeness and bad manners a requiset for working in the sale Woolworths because that is my experience from the staff there

Beware! Ordered cooked meat for 6pm pick up. The manager told staff not to hold and put out for public purchase. Nearly ruined 92nd birthday party. Thankfully IGA came to the rescue.

Good sized store, well stocked, number of staffed checkouts a bit low and the usual environmental bag nonsense is always annoying. Parking is available nearby.
I'd have given 5 star if I didn't have to take my own bags and there were more checkout operators

It would be great if the butchers removed the connective tissue from the rump steak as not a lot of seniors would not know that it makes the steak curl up and not cookproperly

Great place to shop can always find what i need. Weekly specials always seems to have what you need.

But, could open more registers, always lines of people waiting to go through, i think understaffed!

Cauliflower starting to flower, broccoli too soft, very low on toilet paper, meat is too expensive.

Very clean store. I find what I need, although with delivery delays due to COVID, the cat food section has been quite empty for several weeks now. Which forces me to shop at another supermarket. I've always come across pleasant staff.the food I buy is really nice and fresh.

Disgustingly outdated poor service I was glad to only be passing through, the 1 star rating is only because I couldn't give it 0.5.

Bought the shopping items I required for the price you expect from a national chain. It's difficult to write a review for such an impersonal experience but yeah, I'd go there again!

I believe its an issue with all food stores.when selling plants.at least water them. Otherwise you're selling customers wilted plants and you'll make no profit.
