It is only a small supermarket so you won't find a huge range of products. But for a quick shop for the essentials it is pretty good. Staff are friendly and are happy to help customers.

The supermarket was refurbished in 2022, so it still looks nice and fresh. They also do direct to boot pick up, which is handy.

Went shopping with my partner and our children and was given a beautiful Mother’s Day gift! It was completely out of the blue and completely made my day. I didn’t catch the name of the staff member but I wanted to say thank you as a whole to the Woolies team for being so thoughtful. These gestures go a long way for us mums.

You can get most of your essentials here, but the range is slightly less than bigger city Woolies. Customer service is okay, but a lot don't acknowledge you and are usually on their phones unfortunately.

Renovated and up to date Woolworths that services the Dingley Village area. Has an extensive Deli, its own Bakery and a good fresh produce offering. Not your full size Woolies and may be missing some brands, sizes and a smaller range than larger stores but great for a small to medium shop.

Since the renovation this Woolworths is fantastic. Wider variety of items, wide aisles, well lit and friendly staff. The carpark is so much better now also. Online + pickup works well. Some missing items during Covid

New and renovated, the store has a massive fresh food area and deli, on top of the usual deals and isles. Staff have always been great, and 2 entries to get through. Parking is a bit tight but there is a fair few spots.

I love this place cuz my best friend georg works there (Georgie) and it's fun to go to Woolies and see him

I asked 3 customer service assistances to help me locate an item and these were the responses I got “ I’m new I don’t know “ “ sure I’ll help you go the next isle it might be there” the cashier said I don’t I don’t understand. Lift your game it’s a disgrace.

I went into the Dingley woollies today 29 September 2021 Wednesday at 5.30pm and was served by Megan and George who I was very impressed with. The ticket on the cashew nuts were incorrect but they both fixed the issue in no time and with a smile on their face. Nothing was too hard for them and will certainly to recommending this store to all family and friends. I think Thift Park woolies management need to maybe take note as their staff at the customer service counter are just terrible.

This large modern Woolworths store is clean and well laid out. Provides good parking at the front and rear of the store. Like the Woolworths conglomerate, I shop here mainly for fresh produce and look for specials given the overly high prices charged by this food chain when compared to the alternatives. Woolworths have significant group buying power and can buy things like meat and fish very competitively. So look out for those specials.

Clean and refurbished, good service. Only negative is Small range and they keep deleting products.

Best woolies for a top up shop. Easy parking, no locks on trolleys so no having to find a gold coin, happy helpful and friendly staff - what more could you want? Only lost one star due to limited range (sometimes this is a good thing) and bakery seems to be staffed by apprentice bakers (rolls and loaves never seem to be full size.). But usually such a hassle free visit

Arrived for my direct to boot order. Said my order was completed. Had to take my small son in to the store during lock down (whole point of direct to boot!) Mistakes happen but the disgraceful non existent customer service when I went in, is why I am rating it 1 star. 9.00am on the 31/05/21.
Staff member at the desk serving no one, ignored me till I had to call her over twice.
Huffing, said "it was cancelled as we thought you were already here earlier". Got my trolley, no apology. I then, politely said, "its strange as I never clicked I was here". She ignored me the whole time, saying nothing in response and didn't apologise once.

Medium sized. No locks on trolleys. They have 2 collection bays, could be more along the same wall, but wasn't busy.
Took around 5mins to come. Friendly staff.

They have some 2pk hand warmers for 80c at the checkout closest to self serve

March - they would not match a product price despite advertised for cheaper on their website. 3.5

Well laid out store. Prices are a little high due to the post code. Keysborough has better pricing for the same products

Absolutely lovely respectful young man who works in the checkout up front.
Always up for a chat, always smiling (even with a mask on you can see his big grin), excellent customer service & always really uplifting and positive! I actually majority of the time will wait in line for his checkout over anyone else as I always know I’ll get great customer service from him!
I think some of the other young staff could learn a thing or to from him:)

My local supermarket, does not always have everything we want, but it is very convenient. Staff are friendly and helpful

Good layout and I find the staff quite friendly

Used to be good but it's slowly getting more annoying to shop here. Not the floor staffs fault at all, they're all great. However there's hardly anyone scheduled on during peak times, as well as recently removing most of the cash only self-service machines just makes it annoying to even get your stuff.
