The two young girls at the checkout were too busy chatting to actually serve us then continued talking whilst I was trying to ask her something that is very rude customer service

Wrong items were given for online order collection. Offered to swap but the items were not available. The staff were not trained to deal with online order issue only offered to online support number (and it’s closed). The staff who picked the order could have marked the items not available instead of picking the alternatives when I did not allow any substitutes. Please train your staff how to deal with online order issue as it only took me less a minute to find the chat function on the app to resolve the problem. And also give feedback to the team who collected the stock to follow the customer request if substitutes are allowed.

Déli closes early. Supposed to close at 8pm. Always closing earlier. Won't cut anything or get anything out of the cold room. Couldn't cut prosciutto to save their lives. The list goes on.

Bad attitude the old lady staff, she gave many bricks to Aussie, but for Asian she only gave u the correct amount, that’s really unfair! And no smile on her face, no basic service for Asian

I bought a loaf of L/Rye Lin. Di Casa. Price has raised for one dollar and quality has dramatically dropped. Couldn't eat.

Was approached by someone from Woolworths Service Help desk (sorry I forget her name), who noticed that I needed to have a seat & rest. She gently helped me to the resting bench, asked if I needed water, told me her name, and that I should ask for her if there's anything else she could help with. I'm very impressed with her kindness shown to me who is disabled!

Food is always fresh, and there is always free fruit available for kids. Unfortunately it is often very crowded. Produce seems to be slightly more expensive than other Woolies stores.

Came here to get a quick snack of three bags of Doritos (I mix them for flavour surprise), and an energy drink. Unfortunately the chilled energy drinks are mostly the full sugar variety, so if you are like me and mindful of carbs, it’s not ideal.

But that aside, great store, spacious, and clean.

Always comes in clutch when I'm trying to save money on cinema food. Great Prices Really Recommend.

Huge bulk laundry supplies. Great specials in ladies ware. Good quality cotton long sleeve tees. Great range of colours too.

Click and collect is useless. Plenty of notice via the app, they dont even check the device. Even during quietest times. Run by children.

Great store with very friendly and helpful employees. The store is keep very clean and organised which is great as they have a lot of traffic through. Always able to find everything I need, produce always looks fresh.

Shopping good but waiting for checkout, only 2 open. Coles have at least double + so far 12 minutes & still waiting!

As far as the standard duopoly supermarkets go, this is a good specimen; clean, spacious, fresh stuff, decent selection.

The staff here are fantastic and the ones who have been there for years on the registers are friendly and helpful

What can I say, clean, convenient, ample parking and a great selection at fair often low pricing. Often their home delivery fruit and vegetables are better then the ones in store. Love this shop
