Woolworths reviews
57I like this branch, but sometimes I don't find everything there, like when I check online for something specific, usually out of stock in this branch; however, it is a good organisation branch and has a Sushi section!
This was my first store back in the day when it was Safe way still going strong but parking is a horror
Good placd to shop. Less crowd and you get everything. Currently freezer section has less choice.
Newly refurbished and very clean. Nice place to shop but still way more expensive than Aldi. But always busy. Always lots of specials, and most are good value. It has been there a long time and is popular so it is doing something right.
Great store with friendly staff.
Not the biggest Woolies around, Doncaster Shoppingtown or Heidelberg are much much larger with a better range of products, but if you are local it is convenient.
Been coming here for over 20 years. Above and below ground parking and more around the back near Macedon Square. Lots of other small shops around, greengrocer, SugarArt café, Chemist, Baker, Optometrist, GP Medical clinic, Thrift store etc etc.
Good place, staff are good, haven't had a bad experience yet and they sell all you should need.
Best prices great staff, best place to walk around have a coffee and get away from the wife for a couple of hours
So lucky to have this as my local supermarket for 15 years. Easy to access parking, great opening hours, wonderful, helpful staff. Awesome bakery, sushi chefs are lovely, butcher is great.produce is fresh.couldn't ask for more! New trolleys are great too.
They blocked off one of the doors so you sorta got to walk around, but at the same time i remember buying a bakugan with my mate one time
Decent sized store to do your weekly or daily or every few day shop. Fresh food always looks well presented and staff are on hand to help with any queries.
Going above and beyond, thankyou Erika. Store is consistent, not only neat and tidy, has sufficient quality food. The butcher is back to the good old days. Other stores should aspire to the service all round 5 star.
A normal Woolworths. Nothing fancy but it is so handy if you do not want to spoil sometime for parking and walking around Westfield. Most of the time I directly drive there.
Me and partner recently got a japanese curry with rice and chicken katsu, as well as some vegetarian spring rolls from the deli section. Spring Rolls were amazing, and chicken curry had great flavor with perfect fluffy rice.
Generally they have everything I want. Disappointed they don't have Poise pads Overnight run out. Every time I look not there.
Happy with the visit to another outlet of Woolworths. Found my items easily and also experienced a smooth check-out.
Very good lots of parking & got all the essentials plus some like TAB nice fish&chips butcher bakery's etc
Almost the best Woolies to go to. It would rival the one at rye on the Mornington Peninsula. It is always well stocked with a good variety of products. I usually find everything I need there.v
Here's an idea - put up a sign saying there is still a limit on baby formula. Even on the 'unpopular' brands. Save everyone from having to have a conversation with your rude and dismissive checkout staff.
. And it wouldn't be the first time I've bought something here to find that the package had been opened and put back on the shelf by some grubby customer. I suppose I can't blame the store for that. Buyer beware.
Racist staff! I've witnessed multiple staff and their interactions with non-white customers. Condescending tone and lack of care towards these customers. Disappointing for a store that is located in such a diverse area. Never shopping here again!
Worst customer service experienced recently at the macedon plaza store, the manager on duty after 5pm today (12 Sep) behaved quite rudely when requested to return a non-perishable item in original excellent condition with a receipt for an exchange for our weekly groceries. This is despite taking an approval from woolworth head office for an exchange of an item purchased couple of months ago. Customer service reps in other woolworth stores in the area are polite and friendly, and willingly approved the exchange. Will avoid going to this store in the future. Also not happy with woolworths' lockdown policy, especially when compared to Coles lockdown policy. Will switch to Coles until woolworth amends its lockdown policy and makes it easier for their 25+ yrs loyal customers.
