I had 2 bad experiences in this store.

1. The DELI section was closed when I visited. I ask for the staff and see if there is any chicken breast left and they told me that this is just a small store and the DELI section was closed for good. This store is really inside a very high density shopping mall and they still told me that it is a small store, then I don’t know which store is a large one.

2. I checked the stock online and the systems told me that this store has 4 QTY of the product I was looking at. When I pop into the store, I couldn’t located the stock. I asked the staff to check for me. However the staff sell the warehouse came back with a very bad attitude, without an apology and said unfortunately it is not in stock. The website info was incorrect. I kept asking them why this happened and when will the product be in stock again, they were not willing to tell me the info and said it won’t come in the near future. Then I went to the customer service to request for a REN Check but the staff told me this service has been discontinued for 2 years. They also cannot provide me any reason why the system was showing that there were stock available. Also their attitude was rude.

Very poor customer service at this store. Your coin always get stuck in the trolleys. You can't get a trolley and you can't retrieve your coin. So the only thing to do is to get help from the staff. But 10 out of 10 times there's no one around to help. All the staff are at their posts already busy doing their jobs. That results in the self checkout assistant yelling something to me from 10 metres away, which is impossible to hear. This is such a busy store that I don't doubt they will make enough money to employ more assistants and also replace their trolley fleet. And what could be stopping them? Would it be a struggle to balance their books, or greed for more profit?

Access and egress are special.
People are very rude and inconsiderate.
Be careful of your belongings.
Staff shortages are evident.
Be careful out there people.

We've been coming here for a couple years now. It's definitely one of the better stocked and newer Woolies in Melb. I was chatting with one of the check out staff yesterday and he mentioned that their turnover is around $1.2 million a month, so there you go. Has a good selection of Asian groceries like tofu, baos and noodles to also meet the needs of the locals. I enjoy coming here.

Refurbished Woolies. It's not huge compared to old location on ground floor but has most things you need. Handily located below food court and next to Aldi.

Very busy. Produce and meat scarce at the time I went. No trolley was available only had baskets.

Visited Woolies at The Glen on 20 Apr 2022 Wednesday @ 10.30am and tried to get a catalogue for coming week's sale. Sadly none was available. This is not the first time that I have encountered such issue in past few months. Have no problem with getting Coles catalogue on same day. Store management must be more customer friendly. Very disappointed. Please don't suggest that I can go online to view the weekly catalogue. Learn from Coles

Very rude and unhelpful, they seem to forget that there are two other supermarkets located in the same centre. My average weekly grocery shopping is around $250, if Woolworth doesn’t believe it’s worth it then they are right, they are not worth my business. I’m a shopping expert and in general Woolworth is by no means the cheapest supermarket! I have no reason to go back again!

Went to do my grocery shopping at Woolworths The Glen. At the checkout and Indian chick packing my groceries like she hated her job, I requested for her not to make the bags too heavy. So she put only six items and just throws them in. I had to repack my groceries and I was not allowed to park my trolley as she could not lift and complained of a sore shoulder. What a useless person no customer service and when I had paid she curtly told me to have a nice day. What a joke this store has staff who are rude and disrespectful to customers. Lift your game staff or go on the benefits that this country provides from hard working people like me.

Years ago I'm just amazed how it change awesome place to shop

One of the larger Woolies stores with a huge range of items. Sushi made on site, fresh bakery, butcher, fish and lots of specialty Asian produce, too.

The Glen Manager on Saturday 5: 30 pm, the rudest person i've ever met, her name is probably Giorgia or something very similar, she knows nothing about customer service, extremely rude!

Today at the selfserve check out. The Asian lady with Black and grey coloured short hair. Wear Glasses name start with an X. Went through my bags without my permission with her filthy gloves just to check if I were stealing. She did not find anything at all because I have proof of purchase the stuff I bought from Coles. Wow woollies what a customer service. I'm not local here but I assume there's alot of theft here? Very disappointed! I told the Asian lady if she wants to check my bags please asked next time. She did not apologise and repeatedly said ok ok. GLEN WOOLIES PLEASE TRAIN YOUR STAFF! I FEEL VERY OFFENDED WHAT THAT LADY HAD DONE TO ME TODAY. 7TH FEB 2022

Staff without masks are common here. Unsurprisingly a previous Corona exposure site. What a shame, Woolies.

Why this store always sell expired food for customer? I bought this biscuits today had been expired over 6 days! Today is my birthday and I am very angry about this, it is bad luck! Can you please give me an explanation?

Terrible service who's in the help desk. 2 customers were there for help but she didn't explain well to them and even yelled at one person. My mom asked her to earn points after the payment but she said we can't get the points when they payment is already made. However she had done it when she was there last time (other assistant helped her to do it)
Even if it's not possible to do it, isnt she supposed to talk to customers nicely when she's in that position? Ive never had such a rude service ever.her attitude were so rude. Terrible! Don't know her name but Short blond hair with green vest

Very rude front desk staff today, particularly short hair, blonde older lady, manager attire. She obviously hates her job and is extremely lazy. I feel sorry for the rest of the staff to have to work with her. One bad egg will rub off on all the rest of the staff eventually.
Have noticed other reviews here also mentioning the same description of the woman, as well as other incidences of poor customer service. I believe them.

I forgot my wallet today and gonna pay by phone but need a trolley for shopping. I saw front desk was busy then asked the girl in self check out. She confirmed I cannot cash out by tap my phone so I went back wait to get assisted. When I was waiting the girl Louise came with $1 for me to use the trolley. I can tell Louise is very thoughtful and nice. She is a big asset to the supermarket. The small help really made my day!

Typical WW. All you'd expect, with a twist. This store if heavily weighted to Asian cuisines. Very busy store, set inside The Glen complex. Trolleys at this store require tokens or coins.

The staffs release their stresses through bullying the customers.
I accidentally scanned Flybuys at the self-service machine, a staff came here and scanned her card, saying: "this is not Coles. " Before solving my problem, she started to service the next customer and left me waiting for her. Then, she left without attending me.
