No sign boards to find the place or entrance. Sign board is somewhere else outside on the wall. Feel free to roam around to find narrow entrance!

It's got no stock, is over priced, the staff are rude and obnoxious.to sum it up I'd prefer to shop at Coles and as a redundant butcher of their cut staff wages n screw society in the process us a huge statement!

They never give the right amount of staff for click and collect when it's busy. I waited half an hour and the poor girl was walking so slow and I told her to move faster because she was on her own! Cars were driving off because they had to leave as well. Doesn't cost much to pay people to do the job right and to have enough staff.
Worst place when it comes to customer service. We been at checkout waiting to be served for more then 25 minutes. Just short staffed
Located within Coburns Central Shopping Centre. It is smaller than the Woodgrove location, but click and collect is handled at this location. Friendly and attentive staff.
It was okay items seem to be low and a lot of things hard to get.not enough cash paying tills open. It makes it hard when you are trying to organise dinner and you are in a hurry and my rewards card did not work as usual.
Love my Woolies Supermarket, always has the groceries and fresh food I'm looking for. It has a nice big car park with plenty of spaces. The staff are always friendly and if I want a fresh coffee, there is a little shop next door, bonus!

Nice Woolworths in coburns central on high Street in Melton. Didn't find anybshelf empty and we're fully stocked. Neat and clean specially like there odd bunch section and can find veg and fruit at very reasonable prices.
I am disappointed with the deli staff. Almost everytime I ask for my meats to be cut fresh, I get attitude. I understand you may have sliced the meat earlier or not long ago but I am aloud to ask for my meat to be cut on demand especially if my mother has a weak stomach.
No respect for customer privacy. Cameras everywhere collecting data and reselling it, who knows where.
The new pick up bays are an improvement.
But service is slow, it was a 6-7 minute wait for my shopping. This was after I pressed the I'm 15mins away button.
And to get attitude from the person serving me whilst my baby is crying in the car was just ridiculous.
Second time I get food poisoning from this store. 1st time I bought shrimp within a container. I thought I was a gonna. Not kidding. Had to call 000 to get help I was in and out of consciousness. Was barely able to talk.
And again, just recently bought 1/4 watermelon! Are you serious? ! Even selling off fruit? !
You should be closed down and have health inspector go right through your store!
Good can be better (busy- not enough check out open on Saturday) long que on self checkout with trolley full of groceries and not enough self serve too.
Their pickup bay is dangerous, you have to reverse over the pedestrian speed bump and any mofo parks there.
Today there anything we a stolen car in bay 1 all day.
Staff didn't do a thing about it.

Tonight I watched your staff member Kelly speak to a woman with no respect whatsoever. This woman's first language was quite obviously not English and she was having a hard time understanding Kelly. She was struggling with the total of her shopping and had to keep removing items and Kelly was incredibly abrupt and rude throughout the whole transaction and then complained to the other cashier infront of me about 'the customers today' which was horrendously inappropriate considering I am a customer as well. If you're going to complain about customers. Don't do it infront of customers. And be a little bit more understanding of language barriers. Or better yet. Get out of retail if you cannot serve customers with a little bit of respect.
