I like Woolworth Traralgon, its bright, friendly and they have a good variety of products. Vegetables and fruit are fresh, staff is friendly and helpful.
Only downside is the carpark, as I have problems with my hands, so pushing the trolley up is a problem.

Good place to buy shopping from. Not many staff at cigarette counter also sometimes out of stock. Would love to see prime hydration be in stock here.

Loved the upgrade and effort made by Woolworths to upgrade the entrance and parking facility.
Conveniently located yet parking is tight here and the gradients of parking still makes me anxious if some trolley goes loose, may hit a car.

Since renovating, store looks great but never staff at cigarette counter.
Always waiting while staff have a yak and then make an effort to serve.
Not happy with layout of store.
Cheese should be with dairy products.cream, yoghurt etc.
Products in strange places!

Woolies has pretty much everything. The traralgon one is pretty big I guess.
People attending the store need more chill.

It's handy to me so I shop there a lot. It has recently gone through renovations both inside and out and it's great what they've done.

This Woolies ranks as one of the greatest nay even greater in my estimation.they have put shade covers up to protect our gas guzzlers.surely an admission that climate change is real.

Went in yesterday to return 2 x un-opened Celebrity Slim shakes that I don't need anymore due to starting keto few wks back. Claire (the manager yesterday) went out of her way as I couldn't find the receipt, she was so kind and patient looking through my rewards card activity and ended up giving me a credit so I could then use to purchase some other goods. Thankyou so much Claire & Woolworths Traralgon.
Claire deserves 20/10 for her service and patients. I don't usually do reviews but had to on this occasion. TY Claire

Woolies is a great place in town for shopping. With the recent works going on, like the updated barkeep, deli and new car park shades, the store is much nicer. The staff are friendly and they have a wide variety of groceries - wider than any other supermarket in town, which makes it easy and convenient to get the food we need.

Good range of products, reasonable prices, helpful staff, but intensely annoying self-checkout machines that refuse to believe you brought own bag multiple times during every checkout and often can't detect that you have bagged light items and can't detect qr codes without umpteen tries. Currently refitting so everything moved which probably makes them more profit but significantly increases search time for customers.

Olivia -
Today I was served by a young lady named Olivia, and it was one of the best encounters I've had from Safeway staff ever, she was polite, engaging, happy and energetic. She asked about my day with follow up questions, offered up some of her own interests and kept the conversation happy and interesting smashing through my over $400 shop without missing a beat.
She had another customer interupt along with another worker looking for help to find someone and handled it in her stride then apologised for the interuption and went back to our conversation. A quick thinker streets ahead of most young kids these days in dealing with public and maintaining a respectfull attitude. I have been served by Olivia on 5 or 6 occasions and she is always the same and is a shining light within the Safeway staff. So impressive I was compelled to write this review.
I told Stuart the manager and truly hope she is rewarded like he said he would and as I suggested she should be.
If you are reading this review and are looking for a fantastic employee that is young, has great potential to learn and your happy to train someone up, then head into Safeway, ask for Olivia and poach her. She will not disappoint with her work ethic. I believe she will out-grow Safeway unless they put her on some sort of young leadership program and will go onto greater things.
Thankyou Olivia for your great customer service and attitude and good luck Safeway hanging onto her.

Mostly a good experience here, staff are generally happy to help and courteous, I find the fruit and veg section to be better than Coles and you can get everything you need unlike Aldi's. Alcohol isn't as vast or cheap as Dan's but handy if you couldn't be bothering making another stop or just need it for cooking and they have free fruit for the kids which is a great initiative, overall my go to for the weekly shopping.

Open up some checkouts for gods sake. 2 checkouts open at 12.30pm on a Saturday is not service. Happens all the time.

Due to covid some items were scarce. However the very cheerful young checkout girl with the optimistic cheery outlook on life was uplifting.

I always go to Traralgon Woolies, the staff are amazing, so friendly, so helpful! Liz is my favourite, she is wonderful. No where else in Traralgon supermarket do you get better service than these lovely staff at Woolies. Always smiley and so welcoming!

Click and collect left me waiting in the car park for 30min. Everything was thrown carelessly into each bag, crushing vegetables and other items. It would have been better for me to go in and do the shopping myself, why offer this service?
