Woolworths

Supermarkets these days have really taken a step back across all areas, but this store takes the cake. Customers doing shopping do not have to be watched by some type of supermarket sleuth hovering and peering around aisle corners, i believe in honesty above all else so stop trying to spy on customers who are doing the right thing and ones who are doing the wrong thing get away with it. I know who this so called sleuth? Is so youre just making it blatantly obvious what your doing. I also think this store could do with a revamp and the self serve checkout area needs to be bigger and expanded.

Would not recommend going to the deli at this location, the ladies are so rude. Literally walked away from me and proceeded to have a go at me when I told the other lady she walked away from me. Bad customer service I will never go back there again.

Only 2 stars because of the extremely poor service. I had 20 items in my trolley, there was only one serviced checkout open with 3 people waiting, all the self serve checkouts were being used, there was no one at the 15 items or less with 3 staff. I asked if I could be served and was rudely told "No, you have too many items". So I went to the only checkout with a staff member. It took me 20 minutes to get served. I kept my eye on the express lane and only 2 people were served while I was waiting. By the way it only took 2mins for the girl to serve me and that's who gets the 2 stars. Definitely would not recommend this store.

I was shopping at woollies woodgrove today. My usual shop. I attempted to ask a staff member for help. I asked her 4 times she grumbled at me then come over. The price was clearly not on shelf. I told her this. Her reply it's underneath the slabs. Omg I'm 60 how can I pick them all up. She then scanned the item and grumbled at me again. I said thankyou she said yeh. I've shopped here for years never had a problem
I rang the store 2 times but apparently no manager. I'm not going back. I don't deserve to be treated so rudely

Whilst this Woolworths is bigger than Coburns Central, it's much bigger and further to walk to your car. Still a great 2nd option.

Woolworths if you're not going to provide sufficient checkout staff and force me through the self-service checkouts you really need to upgrade to the style that Coles has rolled out in Melton South, which has a conveyor and much larger bagging space. Please note though, I'd much rather the traditional checkout experience!

As usual, line up at the checkout. The staff work thier butts off. Not enough open. They want you to use the do it yourself. To pass on the savings.

The biggest Woolworths branch in Melton. Unfortunately, it does not offer a dedicated Halal meats section. Their fresh seafood sections (once upon a time when they first opened) used to be abundant and quite a variety.but now it's just sad. Just a typical supermarket.

It an average supermarket. Nothing great and sometimes doesn't have products you think it should. Customer service not outstanding.

This is my local Woolworths, and I love it. It's got great friendly staff, and is always clean, with great specials

I'm extremely not happy with the service! Had no stuff on only a couple had alot of shoppers, so went through self service and the computer system is absolutely terrible I give this situation zero stars, instead of getting more self service computers how about hiring more people! Not to mention we got accused of not paying for water when we put it in the system! Im very not happy about all this situation.hire more people its simple! Not Happy.

Convenient to get some groceries whilst out and about enjoying the variety of shops in Woodgrove, it can get busy at times but has a good variety of food.

Just wanted to say thanks to Pauleen at the self check out of Woodgrove. She always makes my day with her bubbly attitude and great customer service. She truely does make my day.

I'd give it Zero stars but one young fella went out of his way to find what I needed out back still on the Pallets. Otherwise when they price produce high but display rotting Vegetables it shows Woolworths standards are not up to it.
I found on top of the produce rotting mouldy tomatoes, juices from rotten produce on top of good produce. Does anyone keep an eye on the stock anymore?

Great supermarket. The young lady at the check out today was the best and friendliest I've had in a long time

Found shopping trolleys locked. People deterred from shopping there. An elderly couple came had no coins so I offered to pay for them, left me without coins.
Next time I'll go to Coles.

The only thing that prevents me giving a fifth star is that our cat is fussy and requires 'Dine' brand cans in carton lots with the traditional saving.

I came there today (4/9/21 at 3: 20pm) and was served by a beautiful young Black girl (I wish I got her name but my receipt says she was at POS 002).
She was sweet and greeted me with a smile. Something we’re not used to seeing much of lately.
As a woman in retail it was lovely to see great customer service, thank you:)

Easy access lots of parking, has a deli, very clean store, fresh vegies & fruit, friendly & helpful staff

Shelves were well stocked with product prices where average lots of special on display staff were helpful Isles clean lots of fresh produce to choose from
