Woolworths reviews
28Super rude staff. Fake prices. Fake discounts. Rudely said if you couldn’t afford it why did you but it where the actual situation was it said 10$ and i was charged 14.04. Walked away without even helping me on a nice sunday. Please hire better staff and train them better. It was a fat tall guy near the checkout.
New manager that started last year has really turned this place around, great staff, friendly and well stocked
Lack o cashier for big trolleys after 7pm.
It has happened almost every time.
Why this lackof staff at this time?
Is this to save cost or bad customer experience goal?
Easy access, great parking spaces. From food to beverages, snacks to stationary, every thing you expect from a grocery store are available. Good prices and deals. Overall a great visit.
The last 5 times shopping there have been no registers open after 8 pm, 2-3 hrs before close. They seem to have the staff though because tonight there was 3 staff members chatting at the self checkout casually while people with trolleys were queuing and scanning their own items at the self checkout. Really poor form and if it continues you'll have 1 less customer
Was originally a 4 star as this place is quite good for a Woolworths. However a new manager change has made this place nearly unbearable to visit. Dictating to customers what registers they need to go to, talking down to staff as if they are nothing.
On counter waiting for cigi but firstly ignored then said they couldn't see 6 ft guy then someone comes and I tried to complain then she had very rude attitude and bad way to talk with customer just today around 8: 30 pm. They write for customer about their behavior Woolworths should write notice for bad customer service as well.i will neverever go there anymore
Terrible staff, rude and arrogant, I have had to swap over free range chicken 3-4 times so far, smelly disgusting food, produce always old and not worth the asking price, would have to be the worst Woolworths I have ever had the displeasure of visiting, you need to overhaul your rude and arrogant staff members who obviously think customers are a just an interference to their day!
Scales at self service tare to +3g so for every thing that is weighed an extra 3g is added, hate to think what happens at deli or assisted checkout.
When I questioned this the "customer service representative" Nathan (in quotation because it did not exist) was rude, dismissive and arrogant, refused to address it, got the impression it has been questioned many times.
Will be contacting ACCC and media outlets since "customer service" was not capable of addressing the issue, some investigating by these guys is sure to get to the bottom of whether there is some breach of consumer rights here.
Woolies are always a great place to shop. If you're after the weekly specials, it often pays to shop early to avoid missing out. If you are shopping later in the afternoon, watch out for the staff who come out early evening to mark down the Bakery stock. Keep a "sharp eye" out, you'll have to be quick!
Woolies in Wallan is always good. Friendly staff, fresh produce - they know how to run a supermarket
Store was fairly clean and had a fair bit of stock on the shelves. It was a little busy when I was there, although I didn't have to wait to be served. The guy at the checkout was friendly.
Too many ignorant, anti social, arrogant shelf stackers! Some smelly too? Disrespectful and disinterested in the customer. Less hubris more humility, customers are the reason you exist, be courteous and considerate.
Produce and shelves are well stocked, customer service is good.why 2 stars then? Because there is absolutely no reception inside whatsoever. Every time I had to check/confirm an item (with the Mrs) I was unsure of, I had to leave my shopping and step outside. This is no reflection on the store itself, but the complexes infrastructure lets it down.
No costumer service, so used the selfcheckout and it has facial camera, not a fan when I'm using personal bank and my face recorded at the same time!
Great range of fresh produce and foods. Clearance shelves are great! Staff are super nice. Self-service is a little small and can get busy and jammed during peak. Reception is shotty inside, so make sure you've got your money on your card before entering, else you're screwed.
Generally really friendly staff except the young guy in the deli who huffs and puffs when you arrive after he has cleaned the slicers. Acting like hes doing manual labour or something. Lift your game buddy! Your job aint that hard!
Been visiting this place for sometime, went for toilet paper today (normally as my stock ended) and it has been a place for panic buying as well. I mean if u have limited access to each person or something that would have been great.
I went to Woollies for a midnight snack as I work late. It has everything a grocery store should have and friendly night staff. I will go back for next late night snack.
It is a small shopping centre and is across the road from Bundoora Park. Great place to shop and socialize.
