Very friendly staff, you can get all you need here including booze. Huge store with lot of stock available.

A larger than average Woolies, lots of parking, although exiting the car park is difficult, as it has been changed and is now not logical, (not the fault of Woolworths)

Deli staff are super rude! Asked for some chicken drumsticks, larger young girl who was serving huffed and puffed and rolled her eyes as she had to do her job (go out the back and get more chicken) and was incredibly rude for the rest of my order slamming the items on the counter.
Poor customer service skills!

As always had what I needed and the human checkout operator was helpful, even if run off her feet.

Woolies should reward her for standing up to the challenge 12/8/23 1130am!

Friendly staff, good selection of fresh fruit and vegetables. Nice laid out store and clean.

Newest store in Ballarat area. Very large and spacious. Includes a well stocked bottle shop. Part of the Delacombe Town Center. Generally well stocked with a good range of groceries. Large deli, fresh fish section and fresh and packaged meats. Still as above. Better since covid lockdowns finished.

Excellent click & collect experience. Under cover 5 parking bays for cold Ballarat winters. Always helpful.

It was clean, big & its always busy, also good wide isles with actual staff that r knowledgeable & easy to find•••

Very disappointed with the Customer Service. I have had the same thing happen to me over again with my groceries being delivered. Whoever it is that is packing the items need to read the orders correctly! I don’t see if I choose delivery, and this store buggers it up why I should have to come pick up the items they never delivered correctly! The same thing has happened 3 times!

Out of all the Woolworth stores, this one has the worst range of products and what they do stock is so limited it's not worth shopping there in my opinion.

Had one check out person serving with people lined up, no bags in the self checkout and the self checkout guy just going round emptying bins not paying attention. Quality of service not in line with the pricing of the store

Congratulations Woolworths went to buy my baked beans today they’re gone from $. 65 To $1.10 and you’ve got a big sign up saying price freeze $. 65 they have always been $. 65 so in two weeks time you are going to put him up to $1.10 a markup of about 170% that’s not an only price gouging that’s disgusting and don’t say that they’ve always been $1.10 because I’ve bought them for years after I write this I’ll go to Coles and see if they’re up with the same tricks

Never ho to Woolworths and get everything I'm looking for. This visit I bought a dozen eggs. I checked they were all undamaged but when I went to use them, they were stuck to the bottom of the carton. I managed to retrieve half of them. The rest broke in the carton! My least favourite supermarket.

Love this Shopping centre from the start but getting a bit crowded for me now. Overall its a Fantastic Centre.

My fave woollies store it isn't like the others where aisles are narrow this store has spa e and more variety than the one in town.

They sell wool and it's worth what you pay, 5/5 definitely what it says on the box

That said I had to subtract 3 stars cause of how shady the company is, lotta fingers in a lotta bad pies

Like ALL Australian Based Super Markets. The Push to Reduce ALL Staff Across The Board, (by YOU doing UR Own Weighing/Pricing, WITHOUT U getting Discount for U doing this.) Most Pay Aisles are Not Staffed. UR Time is Not Important Once Ur in Store. Product range is Wide.

Rather large Woolworths with everything you'd expect from a supermarket. In the Delacombe town centre complex you'll not only find Safeway but there is also Aust Post, a chemist, butcher aswell as Kmart, a movie theatre and several cafes and speciality stores. Not far from the complex you'll find Dan Murphy's, Bunnings, Pet Stock and McDonald's!

Best Woolworths in Ballarat. Staff are friendly, shelves are always stocked and presented well, good selection from the deli, and plenty of parking.

Registers never seem to scan my rewards card via phone app. Additionally today all markdowns were not able to be scanned through registers. Find this really frustrating. Please upgrade the technology.
