Woolworths reviews
39 You supposed to close at 10pm
We came all the way there to do our shopping after work at 9: 30 and you guys were close already
Very disappointing
I gave them this this rating because they all of the staff were very friendly and helpfully
Staff in charge of the check out machines at 0800 am today 14/6/23, was unhelpful and rude.
Not everyone enjoys using these machines and not everyone is aware that you need to place your own bags in place before scanning because not everyone has English as their mother tongue.
And not everyone has the time to shop when you have more staff on the checkouts.
And not everyone is David (you need to treasure him that’s for sure! Always happy and with a big smile always complementing)!
Unhappy staff.
I’ll be shopping at Coles instead.
It's very convenient. I hope they sell red papaya and improve the fresh fruit section
I bought 8 white nectarines
WHAT IS GOING ON! TERRIBLE!
NO TASTE AT ALL! What a waste of money, back to fruit shop from now on.
Always clean and well stocked. Staff are friendly and always helpfull. I always find what I need!
I bought coriander this morning and it was dreadful. I should have checked, but was in a hurry. Yellowing leaves far outnumbered the green leaves, black spots on rim of leaves, stalks broken and black just about to turn mouldy, droopy and obviously way beyond its use by date. Certainly not ‘fresh’ as is their boast. Disgraceful.
One of the best woolies stores. Tidy, clean and fairly modern store, and the checkout ladies here are the friendliest bunch of woolies staff ever.
Great was nice to shop here efficient covid tracking and great customer service. I was able to get good peanut butter in a glass jar with only 0.8g sugar.
Old and outdated. This supermarket has been around for decades without a single dollar seemingly poured into it. The car park is difficult and cramped on one side. The building looks like it's from the 60s as is poorly designed. Entrances at either end only. Inside it looks messy and cramped. Stock seems to be limited compared to other stores nearby. Would strongly suggest going 5 mins down the road to the Coles supermarket at Tunstall Square. That is very modern and has a huge range.
Store too big, product signs in aisles not adequate and no product lists at end of aisles to assist with product findings.
Always incorrect / misplaced price tags and the staff needs to be well trained for online pickups finally, the check out is an ongoing issue I wonder if any of the scientist at Woolies have attempted fixing this bottle neck for the branch! ON THE POSITIVE SIDE THE LAYOUT IS GOOD AND EASY TO FOLLOW.
The lighting is not the best, too dark compared with other shops. Many friends agree. Many Items are not in the spots the WW app says they are.very annoying.some of employees have a problem finding them too!
To the lovely Sophie and Tina. Thank you so much again You know what you ladies did? You’ve made my son and I so happy especially during this harsh lockdown. You two are just beautiful inside and out xxxxxxx
Glad to see they insisted on the QR code to gain entry. No other shops i went to insisted. Well done woolies
Sold me long life Milk that I bought on the 13/05/21 and expired 8/4/21.not happy. Made me sick for work and I didn't know why
Nice small Woolies, usual stock selection handy to the liquor store. Based inside with an entrance from the far side at the back. Friendly helpful staff ready with a smile and small chat. Always a pleasure.
Went to buy bananas and cranberries. The former were on their last legs yet selling for $4.50 whilst the latter were not available on a pack and weigh basis owing, according to a staff member, because of the C19 scare. Obtained both the following day from Coles.
I found that Tina and Kathy that mainly work at self service as being very rude. They seem to think they are the boss and they reluctantly help me when asked. Their behaviours are atrocious and unacceptable especially working in customer service. Today I asked Tina who was working at self service to help me and she just ignored me and quickly rushed off right past me without acknowledging me. Luckily a lovely worker named Joanne helped me with the self service register. I found Joanne genuine and with excellent customer service skills. Another worker Kathy is very fake, my son overheard her speaking Greek to another customer at self service about me, and bad mouthing me during the first lockdown as I had my kids with me. I regret not insisting to speak to the manager on this occasion. Hands up to David who works at the registers. He is such a great worker and a lovely person with fantastic customer service skills.
Next time I shop here and this happens again I’m going to ask to speak with the manager and point out these fake subtle bullies.
Also, I will avoid self service at Wollies the Pines when these individuals are working there. I prefer to wait at David’s register any day. A much better Customer Service experience by far.
