Very little wool to be found in isle's, staff were very helpful and sacrificed a ram in my honour, I was actually just looking and they jumped the gun a bit but very friendly staff, more than happy to help and eager to hand out as many Zjays and you liked, I will be back, definitely worth the little extra

I live about 150m away from this store and have been coming here for 4-5 years on the regular. Now the security wants to start checking me for stealing? I didn’t notice them pull anyone else up.

They almost never have wholemeal sliced bread, or any bread other than white in their bakery section on weekend mornings, cant find any other way to complain online, probably should talk to their bakery staff.

More parking than supermarket. Despite significant ample space, only 3 sad bike hoops pushed too close against the wall and frequently blocked by trolleys, and hidden away from the main entrance. The 'back' entrance which faces apartments and residences doesn't even have footpaths, just parking. The main entrance has yellow narrow painted lines for people walking. 60% parking, 40% shop. Yet another parking lot with a shop attached.

Really poor, car-centric thinking despite being next to so many residences and a station.

There are always people begging for money, makes it uncomfortable to shop here.
Also the new self checkout system is rubbish!

A standard supermarket, they have staff constantly stocking the shelves, always have mostly full shelves. The only issue I had was one of the orange juice's was a day before its use by date. But I am being finicky.
A good place to shop

Does not have a full range of product, it must be rated as B store? It appears to have a lot of empty shelves. Good to see that finally the chicken area is now in the Deli area.

I called them before leaving from Sunbury it was the only closest12am available, Got there 6m till closing and refused me entry and yet haven't closed I spoke to them nicely and told them I came from Sunbury for formula and wipes and was literally going to be max 1m I was desperate for my 4month old baby, after consistently trying to explain they kept refusing entry even though I spoke on the phone to them, 40m drive for nothing, I am very disappointed of the result not able to get essential needs for my baby, 12am close means 12am close not 10min before. I hope you guys are embarrassed, and I'm also a visitor in Melbourne originally from NSW.you guys are a disgrace.
Manager can confirm that night due to calling them and giving them a mouthful after the incident.

This Woolworths I feel needs a major boost of change.
I don't think it is coping well and needs support, especially of staff and customer service
I had a long wait with only 2 checkouts to line up in going real slow.
I also witnessed a staff member upset extremely from some person abusing her culture in a aggressive manner.
I hope all staff are given education to support them from abuse from public.
The staff should not be responsible for managing aggravation or banning people as it won't work.
Get some cameras working to protect staff and record incidents.
Work with socially responsible issues must be done.
Look out for the physical and phycological effects of your staff.

They always seem to be missing some essential herbs and vegetables. Very annoying to find that they're out of basil or mint.

Terrible experience with this store using the click and collect service. Not only was my pick up of my order delayed by 3 hours and various items needing to be substituted/out of stock, when I got home I found out I was missing all of my freezer items.
I tried calling the store which rang out until one woman answered who just sent my call to their 'online team' which then just rang out.
Additional - today call centre contacted the store to deliver out items missing which they delivered only half of the missing items and then were not able to be contacted. Again, no picking slip sent.

Dreadful service water spill in break section no safety signs no one cleaning it even when I passed back again after a good 20 minutes because had forgotten oranges water spill still there

WHERE IS THE COVID MARSHALL?
What happened to No Mask No Entry?
There were so many customers with no mask on at all. Most of the staff weren't even wearing their masks properly.

Your manager, a man with glasses is dark and not tall. I want to report him, the attitude is very bad, and will not pay me to check out. I spoke very poorly and ordered other employees not to let me buy as a manager. I have been to other branches in the past few days. I have not met any clerk who dares to treat me like this and is very patient. I am very unhappy, and I will report to your headquarters. I need this power supply. Give me a reasonable explanation and apologize like me.

There SECURITY is Abit over the top for supermarket but besides that I love there bakery & there hot vegetarian spring rolls (yummo)

I'm not much a grocery shopper, but this Woolworth's had everything. It has a number of isles compared to other stores, and would rank this a super store
