Woolworths reviews
33Was in the deli in the fish area nobody to serve me waited 5 mins called out all I could hear was banging a clanging of trays went in to get service and the old lady told me to get out told her I been waiting 5 minutes so rude she was
Rude staff, care more about click and collect orders then shoppers in store. Always, pallets in the road and staff bethe desk bit servybf customers
Not suitable for delivery. I think, they dont want any delivery order. Not getting help from team member. Highly discriminating. I came first, I got the order last. I usually picking the orders From other Woolworth, they are arranging well, here only got the worst experience.
15 May 2023.
No more progress in service and the team still like that.
Nice enough but unfortunately lots of pallets and trolleys of stock on the floor, hard to get around to do your shopping. Also a bit messy and staff just wandering around talking to each other.
Shopping for gluten free food and this place had all kinds of items suitable for gluten free. Very impressed
Fast and convenient. Layout is abit different to other woolies I've been too. Shelves were rather messy though. Half eaten donuts were left down an isle and open drinks down another.
A big woolworths located inside the stockland shopping centre, has all the essentials, parking available outside, good service and a wide range of products
Recently stopped stocking a couple of things I bought regularly. That being said, products are usually on the shelves (unlike Ballarat Central). If you through the door connecting to the carpark be prepared to battle through the cigarette smoke.
The isle are nice and wide and everything is easy to fine and staff are friendly and helpful
Always friendly staff this store rarely changes location of stock.so it is a easy quick shop to collect your goods.
Stick to what you do best, give us plenty of variety and mostly Australian product and your profits will jump through the roof We want Australian Products
What can one say about Woolworths when you rock up in your winter Woolies In a Safeway, It would be remiss to omit roelf Vos on just purity alone as there is no Big W in cash and carry.
I prefer the layout of Coles stores, even though I've been shopping at Woolies for over a year there's still some things not intuitively placed.
Their roast chicken isn't as nice as Coles and neither is their beef mince. They seem to burn their home brand bread more often too, but their bakery is nice. I'm glad they stopped putting sourcream in cartons that was such a pain. They also still sell my yoghurt that Coles stopped selling so that's good.
Empty shelves some have been destocked for weeks no specials not worth going there was unable to find much that I needed pathetic
Recently stopped stocking a couple of things I bought regularly. If you visit during daylight hours be prepared to battle through the cigarette smoke at the door.
Staff at checkout basically accused customers including myself of shoplifting and stealing worst service EVER experienced, ended up walking out won't be going there again!
If I could give zero stars I would!
I love how helpful and friendly the staff are, and the prices are great, great range, I really do like shopping at woolies.
Staff were better this time. The girl at the checkout (I think her name is Erika) from Sweden was really friendly.
Staff are great, unfortunately you usually have to hold your breath as you walk past the smokers out the front. A lot of staff don't know how to wear a mask covering their nose and mouth.
