58I was so impressed with everyone I spoke with at Woolley's, they were all really friendly, helped me find the best solution & they were super fast!
Prompt and efficient fix for our LG dryer. Ibi was the technician and he was super efficient and professional - a big shout out and 5 stars for his great service!
Absolutely poor customer service! They appear to be contracted by LG to come and fix my dishwasher. I specifically gave a time to them as to when I'm able to be home and they were supposed to have contacted me a day or two before (as advised by LG). No contact was received, but at 9.25am that morning, I received a text message saying a technician will be around between 9-12pm that day. What in the world? What kind of disorganised operation is this? Surely if you're sending a text message at 9.25am, you'd at least adjust the message to say that someone will be there before 12pm or at least from 9.25am to 12pm. And where was my call? I've written to LG to cancel your contract because you clearly can't handle their customers.
And since I wasn't able to be home between 9-12pm, although I'd already clearly told LG, I now have to wait another week. I think I'm going to go to the ACCC for a claim.
Take note everyone, stay far, far, far away from this company.
Reliable and well organised, however quite pricy. I'd still use them as they did not waste my time and did the job well.

I recently had a technician from Woolley Appliance come to fix my washing machine (Samsung), and I must say that I am thoroughly impressed with the level of service provided. The technician was professional and quickly got to work diagnosing the issue. He explained every step of the process to me and kept me updated throughout the repair. I really appreciated his attention to detail and willingness to answer any questions I had. The repair was completed in a timely manner and my washing machine is now working perfectly. Overall, I would highly recommend this technician to anyone in need of appliance repairs. Thank you for your excellent service!
I like to say thank you to the technician came and replace the screen for my Samsung TV. Neat, and very professional. Technician did very good cleaning job after repair finishes. Thank you again.
Excellent service, prompt and knowledgeable, fixed our LG 10KG Washing that needed a new direct drive unit. Jaime was great. Very happy and will keep their details if i need electrical appliance help in future.

Someone came four weeks ago to fix our Liebherr fridge. It needed a part which was duly ordered. I’ve called several times and I keep getting told that the part is on its way. Today I called and was told that yes, it is on its way and it’ll get here at the end of August. Four more months! I fail to understand why they couldn’t have found that out a month ago, in which case we’d have cancelled the order and got a new fridge then, and not had to wait a month without one. Never again!

Contacted to obtain quote and more information. Isabel L called and appeared aggressive to respond to my standard questions when engaging tradies. She asked why I needed to answer the questions. She also stated that it was okay not to engage their services. So I wouldn't and will avoid in the future.
I don't recommend using this service.
I damaged my fridge door (dinted) on the 19th November 2021, booked and paid in full for the repair. I was advised that the doors were in stock on this day. It is now the end of March 2022 (over 4 months later) and they are still to send a technician out to replace the fridge doors. Unfortunately these guys are the LG service representatives so have the market cornered with their poor service.
Had to contact LG as our three week old fridge had faults. They put the job through to Woolley and I get a text message from them saying the parts were ordered and they would be in contact with me later. Great since they have not spoken with me or contacted me in any way. They have a lot more faith in the overseas LG call centre than I do.
23km from your location and well within the Melbourne Metro area is somehow out of your service zone? Probably warrants a negative review what do you think?
I cannot recommend Woolley highly enough. Adam dealt with an intermittent fault promptly and had the fault rectified in no time at all. I was advised of a timeframe for attendance and a follow-up message indicating a more definitive arrival time - brilliant service!
Jamie was on time, communicative and knew exactly what the problem was - fixing my issue within half an hour. They were also able to be on site the day after my original call. He tested that the leak was fixed and even took the service one step further and I realised after he had left that he had set my washing machine pipes up in much better positions and used some cable ties to ensure everything was set up well and could perform as best as possible. Thank you Jamie! I highly recommend Jamie and Woolley Appliance Services.

Charged $165 for 5mins on site, only to tell me that I should have just purchased a new machine. The tech told me the call center didn’t look up the model and error message for my particular model, so didn’t have correct parts. Complete waste of time and money.
Do not use this service, I repeat do NOT use this service.
During the week a technician came out to "fix" out washing machine and in the process ripped up 3 vinyl tiles. He came with absolutely no equipment to move the machine safely.
I emailed the company as soon as I discovered what had happen, the technician didn't even think to let me know what he had done to our floor. They replied back in a extremely passive way saying the will NOT cover the cost of damage.
The manager blamed it on poor flooring when we had the floor installed 6 MONTHS AGO.
We paid $170.00 dollars for a technician to not even fix our washing machine but to completely ruin our laundry flooring. Absolutely appalling
