Woodlands Long Day Care & Kindergarten Roxburgh Park

I would like to express my deepest gratitude to the whole Woodlands Team at Roxburgh Park. As a parent, safety and well-being of my child is the biggest priority for me and I am always impressed how thoughtful the educators are. For example, I was contacted by an educator from Halaekh room asking if it is okay to change my daughter's dress because she is crying. It is a small thing but it means a lot to me. It shows that despite being busy, the educators show great simpathy and duty of care for every single child and trying their best ways to settle them. Wishing you love, prosperity and great success. For nearly three years, we've been part of the Woodlands community. Every week, my daughter returns home brimming with happiness, eagerly anticipating her next visit. Witnessing her joy brings me immense satisfaction. The teachers have formed a strong, positive connection with her, which is evident in her enthusiasm. Woodlands maintains impeccable facilities, always clean and well-kept. Our youngest child has recently joined, and the teachers welcomed her with genuine excitement. We are incredibly content with our choice of Woodlands and wholeheartedly endorse Woodlands Roxbrough Park for anyone interested.

The team at Woodlands genuinely care for their little people and as a result they thrive. Communication between the centre and the parents is prompt and detailed. The daily activity updates and photos are something we appreciate and look forward to.

This is our first time to enrol for a daycare. From start to finish, it was a smooth transition and we can all see how Emelia has improved a lot in terms of social skills, development, and character. We feel that she is happier and excited whenever she's going to her daycare. The educators are a big factor we like the centre. They are knowledgeable, friendly and cares for your child. A good decision for us to choose Woodlands!

After touring several local childcare centres we were confident Woodlands daycare was the right fit for us, it’s one of few childcare’s where the babies seem happy in the nursery which makes us feel comfortable sending our baby.

Overall a good facility where children are looked after and the staff are supportive when it comes to administrative matters. Educators are caring and quite approachable, This builds the trust which is important. Keep up the good work Woodlands Roxy team!

The worst childcare centre I even seen, Management are really bad and clearly discriminating and disrespecting some educators, it’s unacceptable to disrespect or discriminate any one under any circumstances. Horrible corporate culture, the current management in charge of managing, organising and directing the employees have proved to be insufficient and autocratic, only giving one way communication. I hope one day the upper management of the childcare & the headquarters review the way the educators are being treated and how horrible it is for them.

The worst staff with arrogant and rude attitude. Not helpful at all. Went to get the information for my kid and no one is seems like interested in giving information. I’m very happy I visited myself and found out the attitude of the staff. So I can decide Easily that this is not a place where I can leave my kid.

Absolutely love this center! Amazing facilities and amazing educators. Highly recommend woodlands to any parent looking at enrolling their children into care!

Dropping our daughter off each day is so easy when we know how loved and cared for she is there, and how much fun she has. When we walk into her room and she sees her educators and the staff she has the biggest smile! We receive updates all day of what she is up to as well!

As a parent, i am very happy with their service. The educators are very friendly and approachable. Special thanks to Divya for taking care of my son. I really like the overall environment and playing yard when all the children can play at one place. I can see that the management has worked really hard to maintain the professionalism and quality of this place. Very highly recommended.

Absolutely satisfied with all the friendly team members and services provided in this beautiful day care. My son Rafael looks forward to learn and expand his creativity with all the fun activities they provide throughout the day. Parents are always updated with notifications and pictures of the children and are constantly aware of their activities. I would like to again, thank all of Woodlands Roxburgh Park, well done. We love Woodlands Daycare Centre! The staff, the educators and the premises are amazing.
Everyone there goes above and beyond in an effort to ensure both parents and children are happy. They all do a fantastic job and it's obvious they enjoy what they do.
We could not be happier with the centre and highly recommend it to anyone looking for great child care.

My daughter has been to two different child cares before woodlands and I can say that this is the best one so far. Nicole is such an amazing and lovely person, she makes the whole process so easy for you, she explain everything so well and in detail! Educators are so kind as well and run different programs through out the day which is great! Thanks to the team:) you guys are doing great job!

My daughter used to have separation anxiety with us. She is lucky enough to have kind educators in Kinder room who always give her a cuddle and comfort her when she is upset. Furthermore, Woodland Roxburgh Park has a really great and efficiency management’s team who was able to get everything done in less than an hour (including CCS & XPlor app!)

Friendly and professional staff. I like how they have the same educators in each room this provides my child with stability. I have observed that my child has developed his communication skills since joining the center. I also like the parent/teacher meeting days. We are very happy with the center.

My son loves this centre and all of the educators. He was nervous at first but after only a couple of sessions at the centre he became excited to go to kinder. The staff are friendly and approachable. Im happy with the decision I made in choosing Woodlands to start my sons education journey.

Woodlands childcare is not a place to take care of our children, it's the best place to learn everything for them. My 1.5-year-old daughter learned lots of things after attending Woodlands. She can paint and eat on her own. She can understand lots of songs and loves to dance to them. She also has lots of friends in her class now. The teachers at her class, Bebek iki, are so kind and friendly to us, and all the staff members at Woodlands provide great service. The centre provides delicious meals for children, and my daughter absolutely loves them. They have high security, and we get notification of my daughter’s daily activities, including meal times, nappy changes, and sleep time, through our parenting app on time. I tried different childcare centres, but Woodlands is the best place that I have found for my daughter so far. Woodlands comes highly recommended by me!
