Woodland daycare is amazing. Thank you to all staff who look after my son very well. Great facilities and community. Highly recommended.

Darcy has loved coming to daycare since joining the Stoicheo room at Woodlands. The care and activities the educators provide is excellent and Darcy happily displays what she has learnt from the day at home.

We have had our little girl at Woodlands for nine months and couldn't be happier. She's learning so much and we are seeing big steps forward in her development. The way the team not just look after the kids but invest in play, learning, skills, its second to none!

We were honestly really reluctant to leave our child in the care of anyone else. We were both very nervous but woodlands has been amazing. After about a month our daughter literally cried when she had to go home because she loves the staff at woodlands so much. We’ve also noticed her development (particularly socially) has dramatically improved since joining woodlands.

The staff are really professional and well trained and the rooms are immaculately cleaned. The admin staff were life savers as well and helped us navigate the nightmare that is Centrelink subsidies. Can’t recommend Woodlands Sudbury enough.

As a first time parent, I could not be more impressed with Woodlands Sunbury. From the orientation day, it was clear that the educators and broader staff had genuine care for all of the children. The level of communication is fantastic and the educators and room leaders are really willing to provide feedback and examples of your child’s learning, socialisation and any other questions you may have. I cannot recommend Woodlands Sunbury more highly.

My son has settled in really well to woodlands. It was really hard to have to go back to work when he was 5 months old and leave him. Herian, Nevdeep and the rest of the bambino team has been amazing with helping with the transition. There have been a few teething issues but that would happen anywhere. We have seen massive improvement with our son since starting, longer times on his tummy, rolling, interaction. Couldn’t be more happier with the work they have done with him.

My husband and I are very pleased with the care and education our 2 year old son is receiving at Woodlands Sunbury.
All of the educators in the Tamariki room have been doing an amazing job and keep us updated with his progress and behaviors. Jenny and Sarah get a special mention from our son often when he is at home and is always so excited to go back each week.
He is still showing signs of nervousness at dropoff, but overall we have seen a huge improvement in his confidence since attending woodlands. His language skills have also developed quickly since attending, and its great to know he is having fun whilst learning at the same time.
The Xplor app is an added bonus - being able to see updates on him remotely throughout the day really put our first time parents minds at ease - and we love seeing the photos of all the fun activities they get up to. Would highly recommend.

Thank you to this amazing team of staff. Great little community. Great facilities and caring educators who look after my baby girl. She is always so happy to be there with her favourite educators, Nav and Herian. And a great admin team thank you to nedine and Jess for always making sure summer has everything she needs.

We have been so happy with Woodlands ELC.

The staff are amazing and always accommodating to any requests that we have had.

It has been great to see all of his learning events via the Xplor app and see how much fun he is having. Also to see the goals he has been achieving.

I never feel guilty dropping him off as I know he will be in good hands.

The center itself is very clean and organized, I was pleased to learn that toys are sterilized daily and there is a no shoe policy in the bambino room as children spend most of their time on the floor.

Would recommend woodlands to anyone that looking for a center that still has that family feel and for staff that are child focused

I am a first time mum and also work pretty much full time managing a marketing business.

Woodlands Sunbury was the first childcare I viewed when looking where to send my child to learn and grow.
I applied that very same day to ensure I secured a place.

The educators are very understanding and kind and have been able to know my child in a very short time span.
The team from admin to educator has been outstanding and I highly recommend Woodlands to everyone, especially first time mums.

Is it clean, well maintained and well presented as soon as you walk in the door.

Woodlands sunbury is amazing!
Im a first time mum and putting my son into childcare was very daunting and right away from the first orientation day we both felt welcome and relaxed.
My son has adjusted so well within a couple of months all thanks to the friendly staff.
So clean and organised and amazing menu.
Will definitely recommend friends and there children to come here.

Absolutely best place you could send your child. They are the utmost professional educators. They show so much care and so friendly. I never have to worry about my child I known they're receiving the best.

Woodlands is okay. I mean, its very affordable, some educators seem to genuinely care. But there are others that I've seen gossiping when we're picking up the kids; as if those educators aren't really interested in being on the job - disappointing. The kids enjoy playing with the toys, so that's good.

However, the big NO from us (and the reason we're no longer using this service) is that:

1) There was no follow through on the things we asked for, that Woodlands promised. Like, barrier cream applied to our son's bottom. It was never done.
2) There is a passive aggressiveness seen in management that oozes through in their administrative messages. Parents who are deemed to be 'bad' are "called out" in a mass emails, which we found really unpleasant!
3) Educators feel "absent" or unhappy. This affects the children.

We think Woodlands has good intentions but just doesn't hit the mark.

The educators at woodlands are friendly and helpful. Our daughter is always happy when she is dropped off for the day, she has transitioned very smoothly and we couldn’t be happier.

We are very happy with the team, Isla's first week was very hard
emotionally for mum and dad but the team have made us feel very
comfortable and Isla looks to be very happy too.

We are really impressed with Woodlands ELC, the educators are professional and personal and the facilities and educational programs are great. Since our 3 year old started kinder / long daycare the staff have been incredibly kind, supportive and welcoming. Getting updates about how his day is going with the app, is so reassuring and helps us to feel like we are kept in the loop about what he is learning too. And the variety of meals provided is fantastic - I'm always surprised at the different foods our son is happy to try when he is there!

My daughter Areet is going to Woodlands long day care and she is enjoying a lot. Staff is very welcoming reliable and responsive. Thanks to all the staff for their efforts and support.

My son has been going to Woodlands for about a year and the staff have been great with helping him grow and develop. Everyone is really nice and you can tell they really love and care about their kids. Highly recommend!
