Had a nice toastie with my mum and little brother. Very nice chips, all of the staff are friendly, and love this cafe.

In a great spot, this cafe has a very soothing atmosphere. The armchairs look very comfortable.

All in all, a great cafe and can’t wait to go back again!

Great menu, lots of vegan options, delicious coffee.
Nice outdoor area, inside can get a bit loud - fun atmosphere and look, but the concrete doesn't make for a good experience for people who are hard of hearing or experience sensory overload.
Still highly recommended!

I am over 50 years old. I think that this is the reason that I was treated so badly by the young girl who arranges the coffee. I spoke to other old ladies in the cafe and they had also waited a long time for their coffees. The food was very tasty and good portions. I hope the owner/manager can fix the attitude issue before all the older people stop going here.

Best eggs benedict I've, perhaps, ever had? Certainly can't remember better! Exceptional. Everything else we had was well great but whoever designed that Benny is a genius!

A tad generous with the three stars, but the girls working were so lovely that it earned the extra stars.
The food on the other hand … it was disgusting. I just threw it out (takeaway), too many contradictory flavours that do not blend, and overcooked poached eggs that resembled a pair of X.
Coffee was practically brown water, didn’t drink it beyond a couple of sips then threw it out.
Not so dog friendly (like it claims to be), so was an awkward hassle of carrying my dog just to pay for the order and waited outside in the 30 degree heat.
Wouldn’t come back or recommend

Food was nicely prepared and served. Coffee smooth. Wait staff were really excellent; fast and friendly. My only complaint was the noise. Furnishing is all polished concrete floor, hard surfaces, nothing to attenuate the sound of a busy kitchen, music system and strained conversation. My brother and I were having to raise our voices to converse even though the Cafe was at maybe 20% capacity. I don't think I'd go there again to eat in, I wasn't comfortable in that loud atmosphere. But I would take a coffee and lunch to take away.

This is an exceptional cafe, if you're trying to pick somewhere to eat in the area, this is the one!
High quality food you'd be happy to receive at a high end restaurant. Fair prices and great coffee.

A 7/11 coffee machine makes better coffee than them.
The coffee was literally water with froth on top.
Also The chai latte is taste like dirty water, completely disgusting

Really nice chai.
They don't know how to poach an egg, 3 times I've had the same experience with a boiled egg yolk instead of runny like it should be with poached.
I don't think I'll order eggs here again.

Unfortunately we could not wait to leave.we had to chase up a staff member to get our order taken as they were too busy not doing much at the counter, once the food came that was it.under cooked & unappealing. We left the food and left the building after paying.
The only good thing about our lunch was the coffee.
Very disappointing as we used to enjoy this Cafe.

Environment was nice even you forget that the chef practically forgot our order and when we asked where it was there was panick (the chef was standing around chatting the entire time) then the toast was burnt black, coffee wasn't very hot either. I'm disappointed as I had high hopes

I often mention the friendly staff in my reviews, but these guys were so lovely. A credit to the business! Keep up the great work and great food!

Used to be good but today when we popped in, we were seated out the back as they were busy. After 15-20 minutes without so much as a glimpse of a server or even a bottle of water, my son and I got fed up and left. I was in a timed car spot and didn't want to get a fine. If you put patrons out the back, you should make sure there is someone assigned to serving the back. Doubt I'll try again which is a shame because I support local, especially after the pandemic.

Was served by a young gentleman with curly hair, he was very friendly and up for a chat. Coffee was wonderful, highly recommend!

Absolutely love Woodhouse. Having moved from Geelong West to Belmont, we were nervous that we wouldn’t find a cafe on par with the ones from ‘Pako’. Well, not only is it on or but it’s now one of our favourites in the whole of Geelong.

WoodHouse Cafe catered for our school parents and families over 2 days at a recent rowing regatta on the river. The food was beautifully presented and delicious. We ordered a variety of baguettes, wraps, salads, breakfast pastries and muffins, fruit platters and cheese platters. We loved being able to have 2 deliveries each day and dietary requirements were well catered for. We highly recommend.
