We engaged Naveet Singh of AA Decks and Pergolas to build a small Woodevo deck at the front of our house in Carrum.
Naveet did an excellent job, and actually made some suggestions, which I agreed to, and the job looks great.

After researching and getting samples from many different composite decking suppliers decided to go with WoodEvo. This is based on the quality of the sample they sent me.

They have a fully capped product and the capping was noticeably thicker than a few others. The board is solid, not hollow, not profiled, I specifically wanted a solid board because despite what the company says, hollowing and profiling is just a cost cutting measure.

The board was delivered on time and well packaged. I did have a couple of boards where the ends were slightly damaged at the ends but it wasn’t an issue for my project. Overall most of the boards were in perfect condition.

Working with the boards has been good as well, none of them chips or splinters or broke, was able to cut them anyways I want even trimming them to a mm finish.

William and Owen has been great to deal with. They were prompt with queries and was able to cater to my specific requirements.

The only real complaint for me is the screw head size for the metal frame screw. They are slightly big which meant that it’s impossible to not slightly scratch the side or the board when screwing down the clips. This issue is specific to the screw for the metal frame. The screw for timber frame is fine. Also they do not have screws suitable for attaching fascia to metal frame, so you will have to work out your own screw for that. Just something to be aware of.

Overall I m really happy with the quality and service of woodevo. I would recommend them to anyone doing a composite decking project.

We highly recommend WoodEvo. All their staff, including the truck driver, were happy and pleasant people to deal with. The sales consultant who was our first contact with the company was extremely informative and a pleasure to deal with. Their product was very easy to install for a DIYer. Their fixing kits were great quality, with no breakages of any of the components. William was great to work with, keeping us informed and quick to respond to any questions. The product stays cool on a hot day, and is not slippery when wet. We are extremely happy with our new deck

Sorry to be the bearer of the bad news, but I am not happy with Woodevo. It scratches and the scratch is permanent. The top layer on some models is EXTREMELY thin. Also it is UNCLEAR who covers the 25 years warranty as this is a Chinese product. Nothing wrong with that, but a bit more clarity here would be good because the retailer asked me to contact the manufacturer and I can't.

Just installed WoodEvo fence for my front garden. The finished products are beautiful. Was told they are care-free too - which is another highlight to young couples like us!
