12The woman on the front counter with multi coloured hair is rude unfriendly and will be a drag on the business, Sunbury is only 25 minutes down the road
Very helpful staff and a serviceable range. They went above and beyond to help solve a garden irrigation problem for me.
You gotta love local family owned businesses! Additionally ones that have a huge range of quality products, friendly well-informed staff and competitive prices. Find me another hardware store like this one and you'll be looking until your hair falls out and you're 6ft under!
Absolute ripper of a hardware store.
It just doesn't feel right, not sure why, it just doesn't. I've never been a fan in the last 20+ years I've gone here and don't think I ever will be. If there was an alternative.
Thank heavens there are Hardware stores nearby, Bunnings, Sunbury & Home Hardware, Kyneton with far better stock range & both less expensive, along with service associated with appropriate product knowlege

Stocks the basics, quite adequate - if you need help, go look for staff as always busy, tea breaking or chatting
Great store. Fairly large itself. Has a great range of products, well laid out. Low stalls so you can see across the entire shop, easy to view what is whereNice and local too
Its ok, sometimes the staff dont actually serve, rather chat to each other, or watch you wonder around the store, sometimes even are on the phone to there mother
