I was very interested in a property to rent and had a email correspondence with Dante Gambarini telling me that there is no inspection date yet and as soon as it’s fixed I will be informed. Now I received an email saying the apartment isn’t available anymore because it’s been already taken by someone? ’ How is this possible and FAIR? Shouldn’t anyone get the SAME CHANCE to visit the property? I am from Germany and I have never experienced such thing before over there.

So disappointed and sad this inequality? !

We had the worst experience with Caroline. I called Caroline to follow up an email we had sent last week regarding an ongoing issue with our rental property. Straight away Caroline was extremely rude, pretty much blaming us for the issue. We were so taken aback as we had called so politely to just see where the agency was with dealing with the issue, and Caroline continued to completely cut us off, not let us explain the situation, blame us for the issue, and pretty much accuse us for not contacting them sooner, as this was an "significant issue" (even though we absolutely did). Once the job request to the plumbers came through, Caroline had completely put the wrong issue on the job request, obviously not reading our 2 emails, or listening to us on the phone. We currently don't have an allocated property manager as Kylie had just left the business, and although we had been told by management to contact Caroline with any issues, she felt the need to remind us that she wasn't our property manager, which made us feel like our housing problems were completely dismissed.

From my experience the Property Management team at Woodards Camberwell are not efficient, are poor communicators and don’t follow up with trades to make sure jobs are complete.
I had my first routine inspection 9months after I moved in, because I contacted them to organise one.
I reported maintenance that took months to get done after a lot of follow up emails and constant reminding. Every time I touched base to see how it was going I would have to remind the same property manager Maria, what needed to be fixed.
The property was then sold and a new agency has since taken over management. We finally now have heating in my daughters bedroom again, which will be much appreciated for the remainder of winter, thanks to the new agents.

Coco Liao has done an amazing job as my property manager since she started the role here.
I am very grateful for all of her efforts.
Probably the best service I have experienced in my 18 years of investment property ownership and dealing with multiple property managers.
Well done to you and your team.

As a tenant our experience was horrendous, from day 1 I put together a very simple email listing out some minor issues with the property that needed to be fixed/actioned (eg: the code to the security alarm, leaking hot water unit, faulty garage door remote). Despite repeated emails and phone calls, the Property Manager (s) didn't even have the courtesy to contact us, yet they were onto us asap when we were 1 day late with rent.
This total lack of communication continued for the 6+months we were tenants, if i were the landlord I'd be asking for a justification of the management fees being charged.

If I were a prospective landlord looking around for possible Property Managers that I would be avoiding these guys because you're likely to have dissatisfied tenants wanting to break lease.

Extremely unprofessional. They sent a gardener to my house who damaged my brand new vehicle with stone chips - when this was brought up with sales agent Rachel Muir she shrugged it off and her response was "this has nothing to do with me. I'm not getting involved" - AVOID

Unprofessional bunch with their emails always written in a rude tone with curt replies that is unhelpful in every way. Would not recommend this agency at all

Excellent service and knowledge. Karen was very professional in helping sell our apartment. She was very knowledgeable about the Hawthorn area, the best price to target and making our apartment present the best for prospective buyers. Karen kept us informed throughout the process with regular updates after each inspection.

I would recommend Karen Chung if you are looking for a great real estate agent. She has a great understanding of the local housing market, and acts with honesty and integrity. She was very responsive to all questions. I found Karen very engaging and personable to deal with.

We had a great experience with, Caroline Thomas, as a Property Manager for 5 years in a wonderful apartment in Hawthorn.

Caroline was always a reliable point of contact for us if we had any issues, she made us feel we were always looked after.

Highly recommend Karen as your agent!
Karen was very responsive, attentive and helpful for my husband and I in the sale of our first property in Hawthorn.

We were living interstate, so Karen organised all the touch ups and renos we wanted prior to listing. She was patient and provided us guidance through the listing and sale process.

Honestly, Karen worked hard to ensure we got the best price and was honest with her appraisal. She actually listened to our preferences (even as first time sellers) and I would work with her again in a heartbeat.

Highly recommend Karen (especially if you are looking to sell in Inner East Melbourne area).

Doesn't look very good to a tenant when you go through 3 property managers in 12 months, one of whom left suddenly, with no explanation, whilst I was trying to fix my leaking shower. Now a property manager has left with no out of office or notice to tenants whilst trying to vacate the property, with no information provided about vacate inspections or bond claims. I asked 3 different people to fix our broken doorbell (which was listed as working in the condition report) with no solution provided in 12 months. Don't know how they are with property owners, but from the perspective of a tenant, the property managers are unhelpful and generally unresponsive.

Karen was an absolute pleasure to work with. She was knowledgable about the area, answered all my questions as a first home buyer and kept me up to date with everything happening during the purchase. I highly recommend working with her!

Tenant transfer execution took almost 3 months. Property manager tried to charge for the transfer even though it was conflicting with consumer rights.

Guys i just want to tell you, they have terrible service I moved out of my house more than 15 days and they still haven't refunded my bond and they are still playing with me and no one responding, they are answering and with a very rude tone, I have never seen anything like this in my whole life. I had a very bad experience with them. And I'm still waiting for an answer. It is the government's laws fault, that can make them behave like this
