Wood Wizards Kitchens

We had done a lot of research and looked at a lot of Kitchen companies before going with Wood Wizards. The experience was nothing short of fantastic. The process and customer service was fantastic! High quality materials and very friendly installer. We could not have wished for a better kitchen.

I'd recommend Wood Wizards 100%. Whatever tiny issues came up, Wood Wizards were out here to fix them. The kitchen has been going strong for two years now! Thanks guys!

From design to install the team at Wood Wizards were patient and professional. The quality of their product is amazing! They went above and beyond and found solutions to all my requirements.

We are so happy with our Wood Wizards kitchen. The whole process was painless, from initial ideas to completion. Communication was great and they responded straight away when we contacted them. Nothing was ever too hard and the whole team was so helpful. The quality of our cabinets is fabulous due to their attention to detail. Their team of recommended tradespeople (plumber, electrician, tiler) were superlative and they all worked in to complete the job, often visiting at various stages of installation. We had a new kitchen, laundry & powder room installed by Wood Wizards. I cannot recommend them highly enough, from the initial design stage, through the installation & the final touches. I'd like to thank Jordan, Tony, Cheryl and the highly professional team at Wood Wizard Kitchens for my stunning new kitchen. What seemed a daunting task, was made easier by the experienced approach by all involved. No question was too difficult to handle, all tradespeople were reliable and friendly and the result has given me great joy. I even like cooking now!

Wood Wizards were very accommodating with our design ideas and executing the plan. They completed a kitchen, laundry and walk in pantry in our new home and we're really happy with the outcome!

We recently have had a Kitchen installed by Wood Wizards. Jordan and Stephanie were very helpful at design and choices stage. Darko, the co-ordinator, was instrumental in making the process of taking out of the old Kitchen and installation of the new Kitchen as smooth as possible and to the time scale. We used all the tradies recommended by Wood Wizards and they co-ordinated well and their standard of work was very high. I would recommend Wood Wizards for new kitchens.

I had previously purchased a kitchen through Wood Wizards, and was very happy for years. I had to replace a couple of panels and took them in for a quote. Received a quote from Jordan and left the panels with him at the start of October 2017 to be replaced, painted and available for me to collect in ~6 weeks. In December I hadn't received any confirmation so called Jordan. He promised to call me back, still waiting. From that time onward, Stephanie Cox had to pick up the reins and arrange panels for me. Jordan would not answer the phone or call me back. I had to arrange painters because WW had left it too late to order the panels as Jordan had forgotten to do it in October, it was now nearing Christmas.
Finally Jordan delivered raw panels to a painter I had to organise - days later than what had been promised. In fact, he delivered them after-hours so elected to leave them outside and exposed to the elements at the factory because the painters had closed for the day.
Being so close to Christmas the painters were unable to complete the job until after the new year.
So my kitchen remained incomplete for a period of 3 1/2 months because Jordan didn't arrange something so simple. He then didn't afford me the courtesy of contacting me, apologising, doing whatever needed to be done to mitigate the issue. He hid behind Stephanie.

I thought that would be the end of it until I went to install them, only to find out they were too big and required alteration to make them fit. Given they had my original panels it shows they didn't even bother to check them before delivering them.
It really disappoints me to write such a scathing critique of any business. In fact, I very rarely even consider writing reviews, but I am so disappointed in the way I was treated I think it is warranted. I don't want this to damage the business, but maybe something needs to happen to get Jordan to wake up from his sleep if he intends on succeeding in this business. Clearly, I am not the only one that has experienced his trashy customer service based on what I have read,

My wife and I thought we knew what kind of kitchen we wanted until Wood Wizards came and gave us the best design options. The finished product exceeded our expectations and they made the whole process very easy, they even helped out with suggesting various tradies they had used. Have since had them do our hallway cupboards and about to do our laundry next. Couldn't recommend more highly.

Best place to source a quality and professional kitchen. We were stoked with our new kitchen, from design advice all the way through to installation.
