Replaced 2 rollers in sliding glass door which are priced everywhere I researched at no more than $20 each. Tradesmen - who were skilled and good to deal with - were on property for no more than 40 minutes. Door is working great again. HOWEVER, the cost of $181.50 was exorbitant and Invoice expected to be paid within 24 hours. I questioned that amount and was told it was their normal "call out fee". When I hadn't paid 4 days later (which included a weekend) I received a "reminder" phone call. If you plan to use this company, get a written quote first.

As I cannot reply to a "third party" I will do so here to the company owner. I was NOT informed that all work is COD. I was NOT informed that I could purchase rollers and have someone else install them. In fact, I was not supplied with much information at all. While I am grateful that the door is now easy to operate again (I am 75yo and it was getting VERY difficult) may I respectfully suggest that you do some extra training with your first point of contact person/s.

Very helpful and responsive. Gave me an immediate quite on an install only shower screen job. Attended early the next week and Paul the installer did an excellent job getting it all done (with some very average Chinese instruction papers not helping at all!).

Paul was great and called me to discuss job preferences as well as when the job was done (I was away when it was completed). Highly recommend these guys.

A client went in with total window measurements for his house. He was not asked critical questions about the job. Not even if his house was a brick veneer or weatherboard cladding.
Such reasonable questions are asked to determine the correct size of the windows. Thus the windows arrived the with the wrong reveal and wrong width and hight.
When we phoned up to sort out, an arrogant reply ‘you approved the quote’.
Will never use again

We were doing a bathroom renovation and I called Rhonda to organise measuring up for the new shower screen.a happy and very polite guy (sorry I forgot his name) came and measured up even advising me on my next project in the home and within a day I had quotes for both jobs, emailed to both myself and my husband. We accepted straight away and as soon as the deposit was paid the order was placed. When the installation day came around the same fella fitted the screen. It looks wonderful and we are thrilled with the workmanship and professional service. Definitely recommed the team.

My glass sauna door shattered on a windy day recently. I went into Wood Street Windows and the lovely ladies at reception arranged for someone to come out later that day. A guy came out to view and measure, so a quote could be done. Received the quote and paid the deposit. The same guy came back out to get more accurate and detailed measurements as all the hinges had to be correctly aligned. When the door was ready I spoke to the lovely 'Rhonda'. Arranged for the same guy to come out, bright and early the following morning. Job done perfectly. Everyone I dealt with were extremely polite and professional. Would definitely recommend these guys.

Wood Street Windows are efficient and effective. We have a late night business and on two seperate occasions we’ve had windows broken after midnight and Shane from wood Street has been there shortly after our call, patched the windows and replaced the next morning!

Purchased swivels for my windows. $49.50 each. Checked on line same thing $17.00 anywhere. Same brand. Rang to ask lf there had been a mistake. The woman said she would check and get back to me. Never heard a thing.
