Whether picking up yourself, or getting delivery, they are organised and friendly.

Good range of materials, good service. Under ten minutes to order, pay for, load, and depart.

I’ve been using Wonthaggi Garden Supplies for 16 years and while they would never win an award for customer service, they are almost always helpful and engaging.
They have a good selection of mulches and gravels.
I like to pay extra to get firewood from here because unlike wood from some of the other sources in the area it is always dry and free from termites.

Great service and local knowledge. Have purchased loads of rock, as well as firewood and other items. They're usually busy on the weekends, but everyone gets served. Always nice and friendly. Thanks folks!

I tend to agree with Suresh. Customer service was rather abrupt. I was looking at various options for my gardens and would have appreciated a bit of advice
Instead I felt a bit "brushed off" because I was not buying on the spot. Not sure I want to go back now with my order.

Really rude customer service. They did not want to serve us. Waiting.
They are the only option for the Wonthaggi unfortunately.
