Rod and Josh provided excellent help and advice over several days on a problem with my car battery/electrics. Explained things well and applied no pressure to buy unnecessary product. The charger and glovebox power-pack I purchased (advised also by my auto electrician) are good.

Usually great service n great staff, bit sad when you have to do your own chasing up though. Rang to check on repair, was told by woman she would check it out and get right back to me, 3 days later nothing still.go in it's ready, wrong attachment, after 3 goes at repair (and five weeks total) never got it right, (wrong point). If Technician says from start it can't be done. LISTEN TO HIM. OBVIOUSLY WHY YOU EMPLOYED HIM

Really amazing service had a serious issue with the antenna. My partner rang at 2PM and the tech was here the next morning. Accessed the issue within minutes and before I knew it the part was replaced and happy days. Thanks so much Scott, Inverloch:)

Although initially 15 minutes late, (sometyou can work on. A phone call saying you're running late goes a long way) you couldn't fault the service and professionalism of our technician Nick, (great job mate, thanks) he got 2 TV points done in under an hour. Definitely my favorite electronics shop, they're always his to deal with and know their products.

Great store for any battery and electronic needs. Great chatty staff and they know a lot about what they sell and are always keen to give good advice with my projects. Definately the best value batteries around too. And if you can find cheaper just let them know and they might wiggle on the price. Good store.

It's okay. Lots of solar stuff and close to Aussie disposals. Beats the Betta electrical and radio rental knock off overpriced stuff.

These guys are just awesome. I’ve bought a few things from them and they are first rate. Service is super friendly and efficient and knowledgeable. Employed them to fix ongoing tv reception issues (18 months) and they fixed it immediately and went above and beyond with the service.
