Wonderworld Childcare & Kinder

Would not recommend, more like a minding business, kindergarten, no education program. Some staff are rude! I’m ending up going back to my old childcare, don’t mind travelling more, before work, to my old childcare at least I know my children is happy

Great childcare and kinder. I have two sons aged 2 and 4 and a half years currently attending Wonderworld and I couldn’t be happier with the staff and structure. Michelle, the center Manager, is a loving and caring person who treats my family and particularly my kids with love and respect. Her and the rest of the amazing staff have been very supportive during the very challenging lockdown times providing a very much needed support to me and my family. Both my boys love going to the center and have really improved their academic and social skills since started attending Wonderworld. Can’t recommend the center enough.

I found the teaching staff and management professional and responsible. My child had language difficulties and the teaching staff had been extremely supportive and helpful. My child has shown marked improvement during his 02 years sudy at wonderworld. I strongly recommend wonderworld childcare to all parents.

Horrible staff. Very unprofessional and rude and accused my 2 year old of hitting others (when he didn’t and all these, during orientation when I was at the centre). Don’t send your kid here.

Terrible experience overall with my daughter here, my daughter is attending another childcare centre now and can see how much more professional it is and she loves the new one. Don’t send your child here

My daughter loves it there! So much so, that most of the time when being picked up she refuses to leave the place. They have huge outdoor area and the carers seem like such down-to-earth, wonderful people. The only way it could be better is if they had the kindyhub (or similar) app. The Wonderworld manager does her job very well and all the friendly faces there reassure me that my child is well taken care of every day of the week.

We were guaranteed 3 days a week a few weeks ago as we were coming from interstate we were told no waiting list didn't have to do an enrolment form as the days were secured. After our move and with a week before starting work the lady claims she never spoke to me and had no idea what I was talking about and the days we need are not available. Extremely disappointing and annoying as I was told it was all secure and booked in and all I had to do was call when we can come for a visit after our move. To move from another state for a new job and to be told this a few days before is extremely unreliable and they obviously have no communication what so ever. The lady on the phone was rude and didn't want to help AT ALL, trying to make me feel like an idiot. First experience with this centre is disgusting and although I have no idea where to send my child now I am almost glad that she isn't going here anymore.
