Its not the cleanest of facility.playing opportunity for kids are ok.one staff member at the counter.fee is 5$ which is quite less than the other around

When for a party, food didn't come out all together, 1 pieces of food per child, no hostess, cold drinks are out of date.
Very dirty

I really wish I read the reviews before going to this place. Would never go there again!
All floors, equipment everything is gross looks like it never gets cleaned, ruined/broken toys, I stunk of oil the second I walked out the door, totally run down. The toddler play area has one gate and then no gate on the other side allowing them to go anywhere.
Will not return

This place is utterly disgusting! My 18 month old came down the inflatable slide holding A DEAD BIRD! Which she had obviously picked up at the top of the slide. To make the experience even worse the attitude of the staff towards the situation was shocking, they honestly couldn't have cared less! No one came to apologise, it was as if this sort of event was the norm over there. We will certainly never be back and this 1 star rating is only due to the fact you cannot give a 0/5

Very dirty and grubby, looked like it has never been cleaned or cared for. The little under 3 play area wasn't even fully blocked off so the kids could run out. It was also freezing inside, we had to keep our jumpers on. Would not go back. The only positive was that it was only $5 entry.

My kids love this place, friendly staff they worked so well with my autistic son. Was so appreciative

Went for my friend's child's party. If they want to survive, the place need big time cleaning. I would not have my child's party there.

Great customer service. The staff there were amazing with my son asking a million questions. The playcentre is cost and you can see your child through most of it. My 7 year old son loved it and really enjoyed the inflatable jumping castle slide. Great food with fantastic prices!

My first time here and I'm sitting in the "new" children's section as I type this. Not a bad place, good prices not bad food. The woman on the door seems friendly and accommodating enough. The reason I'm giving this place 3 stars is the dirt. I'm wondering when and if this place has ever been cleaned, it's filthy. Most of the toys and equipment is missing parts, broken or torn, still structurally sound otherwise I would of had my children out. It's a pity cos this place could be awesom if it was just cleaned up

Kids had fun here, the seafood platter is actually pretty good, good sized, like it better than kidzdig

Wow. This place should be shut down. It needs a GOOD clean out or just start again. Its sooo dirty, so so cold and absolutely REEKS of cooking oil. Service non existant. PATHETIC. Extremely disappointed! Sadly l need to allocate 1 star zero not acceptable!

The minute you walk in the smell of old cooking oil hits you. A cold, grubby and creepy place. Coffee is no better either.

There's a lot of stuff for the kids to play on.
I find the new area they built for little ones very safe and enjoyable.

It's a bit small and cramped inside but they still get lots of stuff for the kids to play on to fit in there. The car park is a bit of a pain in the butt. The coffee is quiet average, I skip it now-a-days and opt for something else. The meals are cheap and well proportioned, it's just basic home type food but I like that about them. They often have deals for mothers groups attending and a well priced kids combo meal. I don't go there expecting fancy. I go there when I know it's quiet and can just chill out with a good bowl of chips and a what ever drink I feel like on the day.

This is by far the worst playcentre I have ever been to not only was it old and dirty. But the staff were so rude and all had an attitude problem. I attended a function there couple of weeks ago and had seen the staff taking photos and videos of our children without our permission. When asked why they did that they had no reply to my question. Very disappointed at the customer service provided by the staff on that night. Would definitely not be recommending this place to anyone. Big thumbs down

Doesn't even deserve 1 star, staff are extremely rude and unbelievably unprofessional with private functions, to even call us out after all guests are gone to try and pin a leak on the slide on us after being used all day by the public and refusing to check whilst still in their premises, then told two days later slide still hasn't been checked yet they have continued to operate slide to the public. This place is old, dirty and would not recommend it to anyone!

Visited with my two children, coffee was amazing, play centre was a good size heaps of things for the kids, food was a good price, and service was quick. Definitely the cleanest centre I have visited.

I love taking my kids to wonderland play centre any day. Kids love the new area they built for little ones with new slides, we can relax have a cup of coffee and chips while kids have a ball. Would highly recommend it to anyone.

Had my child's party here and I cannot recommend wonderland enough! Heaps of food, new management and staff were amazing, children loved the superhero theme! Went above and beyond to cater for all our needs! If I could give more than 5 stars I would!
