Wonderland Clothing Alteration

Horrible and rude lady. No people skills whatsoever. Didn't let me try on the pants she was supposed to cut so how was I supposed to know she did the job? Said that she was too busy and that I should just believe her. Never to come back here again.

They are extremely rude and no sense of customer service. Not worth 1 star.

Terrible service. I left my pants to be altered, I asked if she would give me a receipt she then said no receipt just come in. I come in and ask for my pants and then asks me for a receipt. Then starts screaming when I explain you told me you don't give out receipts. Terrible service. Shouldn't be allowed to work in customer service. Never write reviews but the service was beyond atrocious.

I have been going here for years to get jeans, suit pants and suit jackets shortened. Every time their service is excellent and the finishing on my clothes is exactly the same as the original. If you don’t want the job rushed, they will make sure the final product is perfect. People need to be accommodating and to stop expecting things so quickly these days.

In saying that, back in 2013 I needed to have a formal dress shortened as part of a rush job for a wedding I needed to attend to in two days. It was perfect and they prioritised my job!

The service was terrible, I had to go three times because the lady promised do the alteration did not show up even we had made an appointment. The result was definitely not I was expecting, and she was so rude to tell me that is it. Very not happy with the service provided. Zero star I’ll rank it if I can!
