Womersley's Mitre 10 Sorrento

One of my favorite hardware stores. Its not a Bunnings store and some prices may be a bit higher but. Huge range of goodies including bbq, camping, fishing and beach essentials. Friendly and helpful staff. I pop in for a browse and always find something to buy.

We went in with a faulty product purchased at a different mitre 10 and were met with the kindest customer service! The lovely woman with the short brown hair (sorry I didn’t catch her name!) was super helpful and efficient and solved our problem with a smile. Very grateful!

Garbage customer service. Didn't feel like a valued customer and no apologies after staff made a mistake. Will go to Bunnings next time!

The new look local hardware is now well settled in its Kerferd Ave premises and the “go to” for everything- like the double adapter I needed today- the helpful staff member reminded me that they only close on Good Friday - so
Open 364 days of the year! Now that’s service!

Haven’t had customer service like Andy provided for a very long time. Great on the phone & great in store. World needs more Andy’s!

Everyone their are so friendly and very helpful. It's one of my favorite places to go everyday.

Yeah I heard what happened, harassing disabled people is something you’d expect from a store with multiple bad reviews, time to retrain your staff and management.

The staff are rude and clearly floundering with their jobs. I'll make the extra drive over to Bunnings from now on.

M helpful on the phone but when my wife went to collect, staff rude to her and offered her no help, the inevitable drive to bunnings where, despite the drive, staff were helpful, there were plenty of choices, in stock, and much cheaper, well worth the extra 45 min drive time, such a shame.

The service is non-existent and the prices are high. The staff hide out the back of the store pretending to be busy, or in the area where the registers are, even when there are multiple customers wondering around the aisles. In four recent visits I've never been proactively asked if I need any help. If you do ask for help the staff clearly couldn't care less and make it obvious thats exactly how they feel.

The location is about the only thing going for this place.

Been there twice this year the service is really bad. You can hardly get a response for one simple question. I found the staff to be rude and have no knowledge of their own store.
One worker apologised to us on the way out but not good enough.
We went to Blairgowrie hardware store and they were amazing, won’t be going back to Sorrento.
I live in Portsea so a bit further to go but it is worth it.

Great to have a local hardware place in Sorrento! Usually has 95% of the things I need. A lot more convenient than going to Rye or Rosebud. Staff are very helpful.

I love this place, it has saved me 100 times over. They stock not just hardware but garden and other household stuff. The staff are always really helpful

Compared to all the Mitre 10's that I have been to this one was very small for a hardware store and I found it difficult to navigate myself around it but for a small store it managed to have alot of things.

You sold a paint to Andrew Thompson, which was the wrong colour.
When he went back for you to fix, you said go to Rosebud and fix and no Credit for your stuff up. That is 3 hours and the wrong paint. What sort of service is that. We will be taking the matter further if no credit forthcoming.
This type of service doesn't even warrant a Star.
