Having just completed the Executive Ready Program I would highly recommend to anyone thinking of enhancing their leadership skills. The amazing facilitator and women who participated where inspiring and encouraging. It is a thought provoking interactive learning journey.

I enjoyed the WLA program thoroughly, the exec ready program is an immersive course which was carried out with so much dedication by our facilitators against all the odds of a global pandemic. It is also a great opportunity to meet and learn from a diverse group of women from various industries and backgrounds. The course provides very valuable tools for women to apply in their leadership roles and journey.

The Executive Ready Program is very well organised and of very high quality. Thye online sessions were interactive and the material was delivered by a very talented, qualified and knowledgeable educator. The tools provided will be useful throughout my career without a doubt. I highly recommend.

I've just completed the WLA Executive Ready course and can recommend it to others wanting to hone their leadership skills. It's a very manageable course, with just enough check ins and pre/post work to not feel overwhelming. I've certainly benefitted from undertaking the course!

I have just completed the Women and Leadership Australia 'Executive Ready' program and highly recommend it. I had reached a point of my career where I wanted to extend my leadership skills to take the next step in my career. I had recently completed a Grad Cert of Business with a view to do a full MBA, and I learnt more in this program than I did in my Grad Cert (and far less stress!).

It was a great mix of learning styles - online modules, videos, readings, 1.5 hour webinars and 3 full day workshops - all held on line due to COVID.

A fantastic mix of women from a range of industries and skills and experience. All who wanted to connect, learn and grow from each other who were open to sharing openly and honestly.

It was very practical so what we learnt in the course, we could apply in our jobs.

And top notch facilitator as well - Jennifer Witheriff ran the online course like a pro!

I can't recommend Women in Leadership Australia (WLA) highly enough. I have found their Executive Ready course to be outstanding. It has allowed me to define myself as a leader and given me the courage to move forward and undertake my MBA. A truly wonderful experience.

I have had the most incredible experience with participating in the Women & Leadership Australia Leading Edge Program. I was new to a role in leadership and was stumbling through my own development in this space. Whilst participating and having since completed the course, I am a different person! I have learnt how I can develop my skills and abilities with a toolkit of different strategies and techniques. My network is now further afield within my organisation and external to my organisation. I have so much to work on and learn, but now I know with confidence how I can get there! If you were like me, and are looking for something to help you in the world of leadership, look no further!

I am thrilled to have participated in the Executive Ready Program in 2021. The course is so well-designed, I learnt so much without feeling overwhelmed or overloaded with homework. It was really well delivered and the participants are the key part of the puzzle - we all took so much from each other and what a brilliant, strong, intelligent bunch of women. I participated in the 2021 online program, and found it to be extremely beneficial to my personal and professional development in so many ways! I now have extra skills and tools to use for my own Leadership qualities, as well as the ability to pass them on to other women for their own use. My instructor was so knowledgeable and engaging, and just an obviously happy and genuine leader herself. I really enjoyed the interaction with other participants, and realising that I was not alone in the barriers I experienced on my leadership journey. I know feel that I am ready to step up and become a better leader, and help others around me also acieve their goals

I recently completed the Women in Leadership course amongst 28 other women from all over Australia.
I thoroughly enjoyed this course and gained momentum to kick start my journey as a leader within the company I work in. I've not only gained new skills, increased confidence and met a whole bunch of people I wouldn't of otherwise met. Everyone was wonderful to deal with and our coach Emilie was passionate, upbeat and knew her stuff.

I've recently completed the Leading Edge program and would recommend it. I was unsure if the online format would work, but I actually think I preferred it in the end - it was great to connect with other professional women across Australia and New Zealand, and I got a lot out of the interactions with fellow attendees. It was well facilitated and the course content was applicable and up-to-date.

Just completed The Leading Edge Online course from WLA and I highly recommend this course to anyone! The online platform is very engaging with the course broken up into different modules, each with short educational videos and discussion blocks that you use to reflect on your previous experiences and new understanding. I have never done any leadership courses before or read any literature on leadership and this was a really great place for me to start as I didn’t even know where to begin. The course will set you up with the perfect ground work to start your leadership journey.

I have now completed both the Exec Ready and the Advanced Leadership courses and I can honestly say they have been my guiding light. The training is jam-packed with tools and resources to make sense of every situation, but it's the change inside that has made the difference. Thank you WLA!

I have just completed the Leading Edge course online and it has been amazing! My self awareness and awareness of other's has come leaps and bounds, my colleagues are picking up on changes on how I deal with issues, particularly communication. I've learnt so many useful techniques and tools that are already helping me both in my work and personal life. The facilitator and the other women in the course provided a welcoming and safe space to open conversations. 100% recommend - this course will help you no matter what job you have or where you sit in your organisation.
