Wombat Flat Mineral Spring reviews
11 Beautiful landscape, but DO NOT DRINK THE SPRING WATER
Contamination in the pump
Sorry the spring water from fountain tap taste awful I definitely would not recommend to drink only to taste.
Great location if you seek to mentally unwind whilst taking a stroll. Wish I had my dog with me!
The best wombat flavoured mineral water that I have drunk for some time.). Actually the springs are fantastic. My father grew up in the district and I have visited here since I was a child.lovely memories and beautiful bushland.
One of the most amazing places. Especially during this time of the year, with all the leaves changing colour.
Nice little area for a picnic/lunch.
There are bins and benches but no toilets on this end. There is a small car park.
The water tastes funky.
Nice area near the car park for dogs to have a little swim.
Dirt paths on either side to walk/cycle around the lake.
Wheelchair and pram/stroller accessible.
There were a few ducks with broken/damaged wings, beaks, and legs.
Nice and peaceful park with a mineral springs pump. For some reason, the pump stops working at certain times.
Tranquil location for a walk, with lots of birds and wildlife. Dogs allowed on-load which is nice.
Peaceful area to spend some time, and nice if coupled with adjacent walks.
The mineral water tastes okay, however the pump appears to be quite old which may affect the taste.
Amazing place. Tranquil location for walk. Lots of birds.
Spring water tastes better than soda. Slightly iron smell, perhaps due to the old pump.
Very beautiful area with few walking tracks. You can try the mineral water but be aware that it has a strong taste. This is in Daylesford which is a short drive from Ballarat.
