Went for a mobile phone problem within five minutes the problem (a new battery) was fixed within five minutes and I was on my way. Wolf, staff are lovely, very knowledgeable and extremely helpful, since my first visit a few months ago I have recommended them to all my friends and family. Great store, wonderful staff.

I have always experienced the very best customer service from Wolfs in Traralgon. If I have a concern or simply upgrading my phone they are always available. A big thankyou to Frank Miriello who helped my get back on a Telstra NBN plan. He has the experience and knowhow. I will be back again

Brilliant service, brilliant technician. Solved a problem in 2 minutes that an Apple tech failed to solve in 2 hours, a problem that has been going on and worsening for 2 years. Will definitely go to Wolf for all our business and personal phones in the future. Thanks Frank!

Please don’t even bother Telstra Shop store Traralgon I walked into Telstra shop 123 Franklin St, Traralgon VIC 3844 an received the most appalling customer service staff at this store are not up front with you extremely dishonest beware that they don’t tell you exactly the truth about their plans the hidden costs after dealing with this store it cost me dearly ripping me off is what their good of doing an lies.
Also beware their computer systems does not work properly they have very strange ways of putting your information in for example my address did not like their computer so they put their address in system except that address then change it back to my address?
Once I signed my signature to the binding contract an agreed to T&C’s out came extra costs for connecting services to Telstra keep in mind charges to my Modem, Mobiles, which I did confirm there are no hidden cost up front before agreeing to any plans from this store.
Not to mention I had a second modem delivered to my home? An got charged again to save you the frustrations & stress please do not go to this store take the extra time go to wolf in Traralgon 17 Post office place staff there are up front explain contracts in detail make sure you understand what your signing too.
The Wolf store was extremely helpful, polite and most of all the solved my problem quickly that the Traralgon Telstra shop store made a complete disaster of an I didn’t even have to make appointment when I walked into Wolf.
I couldn't recommend Wolf Mobile more highly the Team there are so knowledgeable, courteous and helpful. A+ Andrea & her team are the best in the region they are so helpful and they always go above and beyond to help now that’s what I call customer service even with a welcome & smile.
Thanks Wolf you are amazing 5 Stars from me actually you guys deserve higher than 5 stars but there isn't a option.
