Wok’s n Dumplings

I got two of the lunch combos with chicken and fried rice. They were very very good and they were very speedy making them. I would recommend eating there.

Dine in for my 1st try, very friendly staff there. I was ordering a fried noodle but didn't expect it's that much which I can't even finish it. Taste quite good and not oily as other noodle franchise. The only downsize is that dine in area is not that good atmosphere. Would recommend to have a try on the food.

Always had a good experience until the last two times the quality of the noodles & dumplings have dropped right off. And to top it off the prawn crackers were completely off! Don’t even know how this happens! Sorry won’t be back!

I've only ever gone in and ordered (numerous times), but I've always been happy with the quality of fresh ingredients, overall quality and the service. The quantity (size) is great, the flavours are great being carefully balanced (and having cooked at restaurants since 2001 - I'm very fussy), I'm keen to suggest to give this place a try. The score I see is not so much on the food, quality or overall service, but delivery which is out of their control. Give them a go! I love it, and I hope you do too!

Waited a little longer tonight because they were busy but yet again worth the wait. Food is delicious and good value. The guy behind the register is honest, polite and an icon!

Firstly, I was hesitate to order here as there previous Reviews were terrible.
But I thought I would give them a go, as I Pickup my food. Let me say, they were polite, on time and the food was delicious. I had the
Fried Rice and Chicken and Cashews. They didn't mess the order up, there was Heaps of chicken and was ready when they said it be. Will definitely be getting there yummy chicken and cashews again!
So reading the other reviews, they must be under new management, or got there act together.

These guys are absolutely hopeless. I have had their food delivered 3 times now. Every single time, they have messed up my order. The first order, they gave me lemon chicken instead of honey chicken. The second order, they forgot my curry puffs. Tonight, they forgot my spring rolls.

How hard is it? Read the order, cook the food, put it in the bag. There's a peice of paper on the bag that says "41x1 37x1pk". It's not even in English. How do you guys mess this up every time?

Very plain lemon chicken and sweet and sour pork, batter is quite strange.

Special fried rice is bland and boring.

Worst Chinese I’ve had in a long time!

I just had food delivered & was disappointed. Other deliveries have been great but this time there was no sauce for the honey chicken so it was very dry. Prawn toast was hard & not very nice.

Staff very friendly.food always nice.
But too slow. Always add 20-30mins to time they tell you

We ordered Sweet & Sour Pork. The pork was fried for cinders, black and rock hard. Felt like we were eating stones. My partner ordered the seafood special with noodles. She has 2 baby shrimp, 1 piece of calamari & 1 piece of crab meat. PATHETIC & TASTELESS. I had Pad Thai Chicken. I had 4 teeny tiny pieces of chicken in my big bowl of noodles. An absolute joke. Will never ever buy from them again.a total rip off, bad quality food. Very disappointed!

Really yummy food! Will definitely be going back, so many dishes I want to try. Noodles were great! Around a 30 minute wait on a Saturday night which isn't too bad.

First time trying this place. I ordered the chicken spicy wok (noodle dish) and my partner got a beef dish. My dish was ok, nothing special about it, but the noodles and veg were decent. I can be fussy about chicken but gave it a try…and I won’t be ordering it again. Although it was “breast meat” the texture was terrible and inedible. I had my partner try some to make sure it wasn’t me being fussy and she couldn’t eat it either. The beef dish wasn’t great either, the meat also got a bit funny. The pork dumplings were ok, probably the best thing we ordered. Good portions. There are several other places in the area which look much better. Sadly, won’t be back for mains.

Woeful Service.plan a week ahead!

Doesn't matter what night or time, plan another 30 mins on top of their advised 'ready' time.if you're lucky! Last night, was made to wait 15 mins before being told my order had not started 80 mins after being ordered online. Only to be told it would take another 40 mins whilst I wait in the shop with the other 6 people under COVID conditions. Could not offer credit card refund as the process through "Tucker Box". Surprisingly, it only took 5 mins to make after the heat was applied. Not the 1st, 2nd or 3rd time or 10th time we have had to wait well over the advised time.but definitely the last time!

Took 3 hours to recieve the food. Half way through we got told our order was cancelled. Which we didn't do so we got the food eventually just a couple of hours later. Just a bit of a joke really. Tried to call the restaurant but there number is disconnected. Lucky we had an amazing uber driver communicate what was happening for us.

Delicious food always enjoy it, only issue I have is when I call to make a pickup order at 5.30pm on a Saturday night and get told 20mins, get there at 5.55pm and still wait another 15mins. Give a rough estimate of 25-30 mins might be a better idea

Ordered lemon chicken on uber eats and received enough lemon sauce to cover half a piece of chicken
Sauce tub was 1 quater full and the tub was tiny.

Really used to love the noodles here. Went to make our usual order to find that what would normally cost us around $45 was now over $65! Everything has been significantly marked up. Wouldn’t mind if it was a little bit, but the prices were increased by $5+ per dish!
Sorry, but will get our noodles elsewhere now. Very disappointed

Waited over an hour for my order to be made. Poor service, was told it would be 30 minutes, then another 15, then "yours is next" and another 15. Disappointed, won't be back.

Best Malaysian noodles and dumplings. The staff are extremely friendly and the food is always great. Prices are very fair and not over priced at all. Great at anytime of the week
