An all round great gym and pool facility. Staff are friendly and prices for memberships are well priced.

It was real good real relaxing for the spa an sauna then the pool good price an you can stay all day if you want too, plus they have quite a few other activities one can do too there just ring an ask an you will find out folks. Will add photos later date.

Need extra lanes for normal swimmers!
Recreational, recreational slow lane for all exercise, slow lane, medium lane and fast lane.
Also some signage for how people swim on left!

Advertise as 24/7 but it hasn't worked for over 2 months. Very disappointing that you pay for a service that doesn't work and they don't seem to be attempting to fix

Staff are always pleasant, though not enough staff at peak times interaction with the computer is time consuming.
Not being able to contact them by phone for over a week is not a good look

What is appropriate swim wear? Need to enforce this policy so sick of see g strings at a family swimming centre.

Bad communication in opening hours but improved overtime. Staff are nice and friendly. Like this place very much.

Unfortunately the customer service I received tonight was definitely not up to standard. I asked for help with a virtual class and I spoke to an employee named ‘Nicole’. She tried to fixed the issue but in the end walked away to get help. When she didn’t return I found her hiding in the back office trying to avoid me after she saw me walking towards her.

The pool itself is clean, however, the pool is cold and the bathrooms are disgusting, broken amenities, unclean. I’d pay more for entry if it meant it were going to functioning and clean toilets, showers and change rooms! And a warm pool!

My son has been coming for lessons since he was a toddler he is now 8 and still isn't the best swimmer considering how long he has been coming for lessons, I really think that my son's lack of progression is a reflection on the swimming instructors up here, it seems like they just watched the kids not very many instructions are given to the kids, very poorly ran swimming school, I would not recommend

Tried to attend Body Pump class, it s actually virtual, which I was not warned about when I had enquired previously. The virtual class is online, on a screen, they pay for subscription, but every week what happens that it does not connect. Wasted 40 minutes waiting for them to connect it, then to refund the fee I paid. What is wrong with a person running the class? Why not to warn people it s virtual? And if it does not connect - why keep on going? Find a person who can run the class like it s done in most proper places, if I want virtual class, I can do it from home.

Food is disgraceful do not eat here at any cost, sandwiches were made with frozen bread which had freezer burn and went in the bin after they replaced 3 times inedible, potatoe cakes and dim sums almost as bad

Wonderful, clean facilities, the staff at the desk where great, very helpful, showed me around. Good price. Can’t wait to go back.

A decent gym with pool, spa and sauna. However, today for the first time in months I was asked for my vaccination status despite my numerous visits prior. Secondly after having used the spa with staff permission, despite work being done on the sauna nearby, today I was told (while the spa was bubbling away) that the they didn't want moisture to make it's way into the tiles. Again I looked at the active spa bubbling. The young staff are pleasant enough, so I'm not annoyed with them, but consistency is helpful. Just a thought.

Disgusting, never coming back, these guys discriminate me a brown man and the black woman in front of me were denied access.

I am a longtime member and have been using the gym for years now. On several occasions I have been turned away at the front desk because they wouldn't accept a picture of my covid vacination certificate as it doesn't link to my mygov account for some reason. So nextime i bought a paper print out of it only to be turned away again because i wasn't carrying my licence with me but my fitness pass port also has my name and details on it. Seriously considering not going back after all these years very disappointed.

Haven't yet started, have been a member in the past, so I sure it'll be great fun. The staff so far very friendly and helpful, so much on offer to do. Recommend it, so hopefully COVID holds of and I can get myself going. Looking forward to it.

Nice place to swim in winter when the outdoor pools are shut. The water is a good temperature and the staff are mostly polite

Staff great and friendly. Pool facility great, no where to just swim, as 8 people had their own swimming lanes. That is soo wrong, they don't need their own lanes.

Nice facility. Unfortunately the gym has the most unwelcoming staff I have ever experienced. A smile and hello would be nice to say the least.
