Lady signed off on bond yès uŕ getting it back. When it wasnt returned a phone call was made and informed we werent getting it cause of faeces in toilet which were not thère at inspection. We were given an hr to get down to clean it.

I have been renting my property with Wodonga Real Estate since 2017. My property manager was Nicki Waldron. She was great! She found me a tenant even before the house was vacant. Always on top of things. I knew my house was in good hand. Then Nicki left the company in 2020 to reside with her family in Western Australia. I was concerned who I was going to get and I got allocated Meagan Fisher-Smith. I was a bit nervous at first as I was unsure if I would get the same professionalism and capability which I received with Nicki. Meagan soon proved her mettle and capability. I had issues with another real estate principal for another property of mine in Thurgoona rented with Sandra Morgan of Albury Property rentals who totally messed up my rental in Thurgoona by renting it to the wrong tenant not doing an entry condition report so much so the tenant was in arrears. I handed the property to Meagan and she fixed it over the next few months by issuing a vacation notice to the tenant - arranging for the house to be repaired (as the house was damaged) Meagan was prompt in obtaining invoices promptly so i could claim insurance costs for the loss of rent and damages and she worked tirelessly to find me a tenant for both my properties. I can openly say I trust Meagan with my properties and I know they are in good hands. The principal Mark Rosevear is very lucky to have an agent like Meagan. I wouldn’t have anyone else handling my houses. I know I’m very picky and critical when it comes to agents for my properties - so if I give Meagan a 5 star - it’s because she’s worth it and deserves every star and more. Thanks Meagan!
