After a slight mix-up I needed to return a dress mannequin and get a refund. These situations can sometimes be tricky but not with the team at WmC Jackson. They were very understanding and easy to deal with.

I have a really old industrial sewing machine and really know nothing about how anything works. Anyway I broke a couple of things and even though they didn't have the right part their spare parts manager spent a huge deal of time with me to help me work our a solution. In the end he gave me something different but it worked perfectly. It totally saved me. The main reason I'm writing this review though is service. This place goes well above the call of duty, even though I spent only $2. A real throwback level of service here.
