Within 2 hours from my phone call, Lisa had gone out of her way to organise my carpets to be steam cleaned. The team was a pleasure to deal with and their service was absolutely amazing. Great job guys!

I had my carpet cleaned by Angelo this morning as part of a apartment vacate requirement. He arrived on time and was very friendly and knowledgeable. Not only did he identify areas of concern immediately, but he also gave me great advice and feedback on the cleanliness of the place. He cleaned the whole area quickly but also throughly. I really enjoyed our conversation but also am grateful for the fact that he did such a great job and took care to clean up after himself. The booking process for the carpet cleaning was very easy and I appreciate the company’s flexibility. The cost of the clean was also very competitive. I will definitely use Wizard Cleaning for future jobs.

Emailed for a quote, never heard back. Called two days later and had a very sarcastic response when I asked a simple clarification about a quote. Unfortunately due to the abrupt and rude manner in which the lady had treated a potential customer, I simply decided to pay more and go elsewhere.

While moving equipment inside my apartment I heard a large metal bang in my kitchen. I assumed the equipment just fell on the ground, but it turns out the technician dented my fridge with the rod of the vacuum and didn’t even bother to tell me. I only noticed after the fact. Masks were mandated at the time in close proximity and they didn’t wear one.

I used them yesterday and can’t be happier with the service. Came on time, very polite and friendly. Did a great job. Thank you

Last minute booking and they fit me in as I'm a loyal customer now. Wouldn't use anyone else now as they are so quick and helpful and thorough.

Angelo was great! The carpets didn't take long at all and gave them the refresh that they needed. Would definitely recommend using them as a service. Can always expect quality work from a family run business.

First of all I didn't use the service. My review is based on the communication with the company for a quotation.

Called them on Saturday 11th Sep afternoon but no luck, so submitted an online form with contact details on their website with the benefit of doubt it was a weekend. Called on monday late morning to follow up, managed to get through to a lady and got a quote, I mentioned I was checking a few other options and to call them back if I decided to go ahead. Called them back within 5 mins but no answer, so left a voicemail with my name and number that I wanted to confirm one more thing before proceeding. It's now Thursday morning and I haven't heard anything and have found another provider.

Update:
Attached my call record for reference. I was only able to get through the call once (second call), not sure why the owner said had answered my questions twice. Third one was when I left the voice mail. The only question I had left was if you have work permit in order to work under stage 4 restrictions, which I forgot to ask in my only call. Anyway seems like inquiries are only allowed once I guess, and if you don't confirm the booking in your first call, then goodbye to you. Good Luck
