Amazing customer service yesterday in the Melbourne central store. Lovely girl Ella helped me find the perfect shoe for my event. She was so friendly, attentive and knew what she was talking about! 10/10 would recommend!
I have deleted my bad comments from previously because they have fixed up our return shoe problem. Retail is about coping with bad customers and holding onto good one and getting ahold of potential ones. Have been in retail for a long time, not so fun, even so, you have to keep your standards up and not lower your game.
Bought two pairs of shoes from this shop. The staffs were extremely helpful & friendly. I would definitely re-visit again.
Just wore the heels only once and the strap was apart. You think you're buying quality but really their shoe aren't worth the tag. Wouldn't recommend
