Pretty unimpressed with the service I received at Wittner Chadstone today.

I purchased 2 pairs of shoes and was told I could return the ones I didn’t want. Staff refused to return them, despite the fact I only wore the shoes for less than 2 minutes in my carpeted bedroom. They accused me of wearing them out and pointed out a small scratch on the toe (which was most likely sustained while customers were trying them on in store because the shoes barely left the box after I purchased them)

In this case I have technically purchased a faulty shoe so asked if I could return them as a faulty. Staff still refused. As I said, I’m pretty unimpressed with the customer service at Chadstone.

Got racist treatment for the first time in Australia by an elderly woman who works there. You should put a sign saying you only serve white ppl.

Yesterday i was served by a graceful lady in Wittner in chadstone, she greeted us with a lovely and welcoming smile. I wasn't in any mood to buy a pair of sandals but her humble approach, great knowledge about the product and amazing service really convinced me to get one pair.
