6Lazy staff. Was in line for almost 15 minutes and two other staff walking around not very busy. Saturday at 4pm with no major sales on - Control your lines or be more mindful of 'who is next. ' I walked out and left my items behind.
This 5 star review is specifically for the customer service recieved by Eliza today. She was so lovely and patient with me. Honestly haven't received customer service like that in a long time.
Salesperson was attentive to my needs and was able to help me in a timely manner and even called another store to help me find the top I needed in my size.
Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced, 3 people working and I was in the store for 10 minutes looking at clothes and picking things up ready to try and not 1 staff member approached me or even acknowledged me so I put the clothes down and walked out. If I could give a zero I would.
If I could put minus I would have.
Probably one of the worst stories for service I have been in.

Absolutely no help
Stood next to me but couldn't say hello.
I had to get my son to help me with zips getting sized for me.
No excuse as there were plenty of staff working.
Will never walk into this store again.
Training is needed desperately for staff
Or new staff.
Really dissatisfied and disappointed
Had the best experience there with the store manager very helpful and nice. I shop at another store first time there and she was lovely.
