Rude, pushy staff, buy buy buy.the old lady with a blonde bob is so rude.she over charged wife.she also told my wife, if my wife " if loss a couple kgs might be easier to find you an outfit "

I had the best service at this Witchery branch out of all womenswear shops I’ve ever been to.
I couldn’t get her name but the staff in khaki sleeveless knitted top was remarkably attentive. She helped me find my size patiently although there wasn’t much luck as of it being a sale item. Also kindly explained how to order from an interstate branch for an item that was completely out of stock in Victoria and online.
Thank you for your professionalism. I’d always happily revisit Emporium branch if I need to shop at Witchery again in future.

Went there to pick up an item for a Click & Collect. However, as I could not find the email informing me that it was supposed to be picked up in Melbourne Central, I mistakenly went to the Emporium Store. The guy there refused to help me even though I had an email of the receipt itself. I spent a few minutes there with my elderly mother-in-law and three tired kids, desperately trying to find the email on my phone. Eventually, I found it and he happily pointed out my mistake. Just wondering how hard it would have been to have helped me with the receipt from the start. Needless to say, never shopping here again and will only patronise the Melbourne Central store where the assistant there was kind AND helpful.
