3As an almost Gold member (which means I really like Witchery!) I have to say this is my favourite store - Chadstone have a bigger range but the team at Brighton have helped style me so many times I’ve lost count. I always get compliments when I wear their clothing
Hi, I just want to write about a customer service today which was on the 2/01/2022 she was treating us like a rubbish could you train them to respect people who are loyal to Witchery! There were two ladies one I know her for about 5 years every one at Witchery Brighton normally are very nice but only this new girl I don't think is doing any good to this shop, I asked the manager about her name and was something like Jing she was Asian looking and the other lady was really sorry and because she knows I am a Witchery loyal shopper I told she really need training what was her problem? I would normally give 5 star to this shop but what I experienced to I would give only 1 star and I didn't buy the thing I came for because of her. Thanks
ZERO STARS. Absolutely disgusting service received at the Brighton Store by Sage/Paige today. I recently purchased a clutch online that was sent with the security tags still on it. When asking for the tag to be removed Sage/Paige demanded to see the receipt for the purchase and when I queried why, she implied I had stolen the bag from another store. It was an absolute inconvenience that I had to return to the store when the bag should have come de-tagged in the first place let alone be subject to such a disgusting accusation. This is the second time recently my Witchery customer experience has been poor - please better train and educate your staff on customer experience or I will no longer be supporting the business.
