8What a pretentious ordinary bunch of personel they have working here, no assistance offered with items or in change rooms and questionable the way staff carry themselves yelling to each other across the floor space just boganville central.
I called from WA chasing a specific size of these amazing velvet pants and Pina was so friendly and helpful. What fabulous customer service! She went over and beyond to help me. Pants sent to my choice of store in WA. Thank you so much. Love your work.
I had a great experience here today, I ran in as an appointment was pushed back at a salon near by I admittedly looked like a bum in grotty leggings and a single but I was treated far from it. The lovely peena (spelling?) Helped me around the store and showed me some of their lovely new things and set me up a change room to try on everything, ended up buying a fair few lovely items and was really happy with my experience at this store. I've never been a massive fan of witchery but their current collection is great and this stores service is incredible so I will definitely be back
I was greeted by Mel in such a friendly way and she was so happy to offer her help to spruce up my wardrobe. The other girl in store was lovely as well, and Mel was just amazing, thoughtfully choosing items that suited my taste as well as my body shape. Thank you so much ladies!
Sadly, for Witchery worst customer service experience. The ladies are too busy talking to each other to provide any level of service to their waiting customers. Actually left my items and walked out. I’m sure Highpoint will be happy to receive my patronage.
The customer service in this store since it opened has been and still is abrupt and so not customer focused. I think l have had one good experience in store. Not sure if l will ever shop there again.
Terrible customer service by a staff member. Enjoyed shopping at witchery until this very moment. Employee should be ashamed of herself, the worst customer experience I have had in any retail store. Never shopping at this store again, and will give this feedback where necessary.
