9 Shopping, especially on a Sunday afternoon should be a relaxing and pleasant thing.
I had instead, at the Witchery store in Camberwell, one of the worst experience in my life
I have been so mistreated by a quite young person named Natalie, which, as she stated, should be to be the manager of the store.
Unbelievable.
Not only this person interfered few times, while, the only lovely lady in the shop, was showing me a blazer, as well as, while she was looking on line for the size I needed.
When I went to the pay 3 x items I wanted, she took control of the cash register looking at me with the most annoyed and grumpy face, and that was when, I felt so uncomfortable and disrespected that I decided to leave immediately the store.
When I was looked after by the mature sale assistant, which was engaging and very caring, I reported her that I found the two other her colleague were very rude and not very caring about the clients.
I will never, ever walk in back to that store!
I would suggest to the general/ area managers to pay more attention in recruiting young ladies as store managers, as it happens regularly, (certainly most of them) they aren’t able or, don’t care to provide the level of customer service that a mature and well educated person would happy to!
Worst costumer service: just ignored me the whole time, if they were busy, fine, but the store is empty, one girl is one the phone the other two just doing god knows what, straight out pretend They didn’t saw me. Wow. Don’t even know why those people got paid to ignore customer.
The customer service I received was second to none. First time walking in the store, I felt welcome and the staff were extremely helpful and courteous. Whether you contact them via a phone call which I spoke with Nicky, or in store you will always received great service. I cannot thank the team enough! Fabulous store!
Visited the other day, first time back browsing shops for a while because of Covid, customer service was exceptional.two of the staff helped me and were so friendly. Sadly none of the clothes were right, the fit seemed off, even in different sizes they were either too saggy in areas or too tight, such a shame. But staff A+
Customer service here amazing. I think I was served by Salma and she dealt with an issue where the membership wasn’t showing up in the system. She dealt with it without any stress or drama, and was so kind. I’ll definitely be shopping at Camberwell witchery in future and remember this positive experience.

Went here late last year and haven't had the courage to go back. I wasn't acknowledged in any way despite the store being empty apart from the salespeople, who were too engrossed in their conversation and their phones to realise I was there. Their prices aren't justified given the nonexistent service and clothing quality being well short of impressive!
Big fan of the boys collection.love the styles and always buy them for my boys.but sad they stoped their kids collection.
Staff totally ignored me. No one else in the store. They chatted amongst themselves and tried clothing on. I tried on clothing then returned it to the rack. There was no acknowledgement that I was in the store at anytime.
