Witchery

I was standing in this store like a lost puppy. Quite tragic really as I had already had a hard day of shopping and was about to give up. Thankfully Effie came over to help me and I can’t thank her enough. I told her my size and what kind of clothes I was after and she did all the hard work for me.
She started a fitting room for me and most of what she picked out for me worked. She was able to pick and style a whole new work wardrobe as well as a couple of extras for me. I can’t thank you enough Effie and the other staff members as a plus size woman it can be very hard to navigate buying stylish clothes but you all made it very easy.
I had the the full pretty woman experience at this store and I will be back.

Outstanding customer service from Linda. Linda served me at the counter twice on 16 June 2022 and both times impressed me with how professional she was. She was attentive, friendly, kind, good-humoured and well-spoken. Without being asked, she also went out of her way to make sure that I received the best value for money in terms of the Witchery rewards program. All this while juggling queries from other sales associates in the store. It was the best service I received during my 10-day trip to Melbourne. Thanks Linda!
